"En lille bevรฆrtning en lille kilometer inde i bakkerne fra en mindre hovedvej. Hotellet er velholdt, men gammel i stil. Det mest mindevรฆrdige er det meget hjรฆlpsomme personale. Som i resten af Piemonte er deres engelske en smule begrรฆnset, men kommunikationen foregรฅr nemt alligevel. Deres restaurant har kun รฅbent for aftensmad fredag til sรธndag, men pรฅ alle tidspunkter kunne man fรฅ en meget velbrygget kop kaffe af de mange forskellige slags.
