"Absolutely loved the hotel location and vibe. The room was beautiful. The pool and beach area were absolutely amazing. However; I think the place could be cleaned better. The room was not even hoovered. We would get our bed made in the morning but never coffee or mugs replaced. The bathroom door was covered in hand prints and water marks and stains.
The pool area where the canopy’s were was the worst. There was dirt and hair all between the mattresses. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The pool was pretty dirty too. The water had loads of dirt and bits in it. We would watch staff straightening all the sun beds and cushions but never ever cleaned or sweeped anything. It’s sad because if they did, it would be so nice.
Food at the restaurant was basic and nothing over the top but loads of placed to go to on the actually strip outside the hotel.
Staff were very helpful, the reception and restaurant staff were lovely and super helpful. Even at the beach front, there was one guys who was so friendly and helpful.
View is incredible. It all just needs a little bit of TLC and attention to detail and it would be 10/10."
