"The staff were friendly but not very helpful. There were a lot of steps to our rooms and no one to help carry bags, this was very difficult. The room itself was very cool and we felt like royalty in our room. The grounds were immaculate and the castle, especially at night, was both eerie and beautiful at the same. We definitely enjoyed our short stay."

"Highly recommend - this was our favorite hotel we’ve ever been to, and the perfect end to our honeymoon. The villa is in the Italian countryside surrounded by their property vineyards and vegetable gardens. The staff are all wonderful, and the restaurants are both phenomenal - they serve a mix of local dishes and non-local, with lots of wine options including wines from the property which are all amazing. "Das Hotel ist in der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und circa 25 Gehminuten bis zur Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind eher einfach eingerichtet, aber mit Mini-Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und gut."
