"We paid for this on Expedia then were charged a breakages deposit at check in on top of what we had paid already.
This hasn’t been refunded despite attempts to contact the hotel directly and through Expedia.
Reception staff were rude also. Apartments are comfortable and well appointed but our hob was cracked and other damage noted which we took photos of in case deposit was withheld."

"Very nice and quite place, has a 2 restaurants and both are really good, breakfast included was nice too.
A little bit far far from downtown, but public transportation is good and close on buses, no Metro."

Overall, everything was perfect with this stay. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring San Sebastián, especially close to the beach and main attractions.
However, the room was quite small. Although there was a window, it didn’t offer any view outside, which made the space feel a bit closed and less comfortable.
That said, everything else worked well, and the stay was smooth and easy. A good option...
