The check in was super easy and the receptionist was responsive over WhatsApp. Note that the reception is only open during daytime hours and there is no one in the evening.The location is great, just on the edge of the main town and everything in walking distance. The old town is about 20 min walk or there are buses. The room was clean with towels and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel and hand cream) provided. Parking available for a charge. Lift available. The main door and room key is via a code. In terms of what could have been better is that the kitchen inventory is given but not all the items may be present, some things may have been taken by previous guests and the basic salt/oil bottles etc isn’t replenished so you end up getting your own. The fire alarms are interlinked between rooms which went off in the evening after reception had finished. Most guests came downstairs but didn’t know what to do. I phoned the emergency number left on the desk to disable the alarm, told to follow instructions but these were all in Spanish so had to find a Spanish speaking guest to help. The alarm was disabled but it was hard to tell if the sounding was legitimate or not and I would’ve liked to have known if we should evacuate etc. This highlighted one of the pitfalls of the aparthotel but aside from this we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
