Hotel dengan Bar di Pantai Basque

"Alix and Lou staff onsite were great, and all the staff was fantastic. Really welcoming hotel and a really nice location for food, shops, and close to the beach. Will be back!"

"Beautiful hotel and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable. The spa area is lovely too, though it can get a bit crowded, and the sauna is quite small, with room for only 2–3 people. Breakfast was good, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay even better. Thank you!"

"Great experience ; honestly it exceeded my expectations !"

"Great location nice clean and tidy . No bar available."

"Albergo di recente costruzione, personale gentile e disponibile… unico neo la camera, era troppo piccola per 3 persone. Colazione dolce e salata, discreta. Comodo il pargheggio,. gratuito. Fermata del bus vicinissimo all’albergo assolutamente pratico per girare a Bayonne o Biarritz.."

"Great hotel for the price - friendly staff and good location"

"customer service makes all the difference in a time of endless chat bots and apps. The staff were personable and helpful which was so refreshing"

"Much has been written about worn condition of 1970’s vintage modernist building and we certainly found that evident on exterior. Lack of maintenance may be related to shared use of structure by hotel and multiple condominium units. The hotel interior including lobby, dining areas and guest rooms all updated and very nice…and service by staff was excellent."

"Bon accueil Personnels à l écoute des clients RAS "

"The hotel is a little far away from where the action in Biarritz happen. If you are a young crowd looking to be close to the beach, bars, clubs, this is a bit of a walk. The room I stayed in had no A/C but the fan did help. I did not pay for the breakfast so I cannot speak to it. The hotel is super new, the design is super cool and the staff was really helpful and polite."

"This hotel is very conveniently located next to Biarritz airport ( just a few minutes walk). The rooms are small but comfortable . It is easy to access downtown Biarritz via taxi...we used Uber . The staff at reception were extremely helpful and very pleasant . It is very good value for money , and a good option if using Biarritz airport."

"Manque d'oreiller et de e prises ou de prot usb"

"Chambre trop petite nous devions êtres trois mais pour des personnes de notre âge nous ne pouvons pas aller dans le lit superposé, mon époux est aller dormir chez son fils"

"Clean room"

"Séjour horrible Petite chambre Et aucune climatisation 30° dans la chambre impossible de dormir"

"I loved everything about my stay here - the location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the style and vibe, and the staff. I highly recommend it."
