Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback. We have spoken to the staff member which you have described and she does not remember that there was a guest in the breakfast who has had to wait for his/her coffee for an hour. As your feedback is anonymous and we do not know when your stay with us has been, we are not able reproduce the situation. To your comment that we do treat “outsider” different than local people is not right. This is a hotel and 90% of guests are not from the local area or from Switzerland . We are well aware in which section we are working .

Hello Thank you for your feedback. Our rooms are furnished with bath rooms. 4 rooms, they are called basic single, are with shared bathroom. The description for these rooms is on every website indicated. Please note this information, when booking next time in our hotel. We would be glad to welcome you again.

Dear Jale, thank you for your feedback regarding your stay in our hotel. We would like to respond to your points as follows: Upon check in, we informed you, that you have booked a room with shared bathroom, as it is indicated online. Since we were fully booked on your check-in day, we were not able to grant you an upgrade to make your stay more comfortable. It is correct that this budget room does not have an air condition. It is not correct that we do not communicate about this topic. While booking, you were able to choose whether you wished to booke a standard, a superior or a budget room. Moreover, you had to click on the bottom, for choosing the room you wished to book. At the day you booked, all our superior rooms, whitch dispose of air condition, have already been sold. Our rooms without air condition dispose of a fan. Our night audit was on duty on the night your key-card did not work. Thanks to you, reporting this matter next morning at front desk, we found out, that there was an electronic conection problem between the night bell and the telephone of our night auditor's telephone. We are sorry for this inconvenience and are glad, we had been able to solve this problem the same day. We did not know that still there weren’t tea bags provided. We were unaware that they were not replenished. We apologize for that. To help us as well in this matter, you may ring at reception at night for this matter too. We are sorry that your stay with us did not meet your expectations and would be happy to welcome you another time in our hotel to prove our hospitality to you. For any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
