"Our room, main floors, and the workout room are all very dirty. The carpets are covered in stains, the workout equipment has not been cleaned and is very dirty. The room we had needed deep cleaned. The pictures online look much nicer than it is in person. We were okay with our stay as it was only one night. It definitely was not as expected. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, the staff were kind and the other guests were friendly. We loved meeting others and their pets. It was also a very easy check in and check out process. Parking is good and wifi works well. "

"We booked this hotel with breakfast included. When we checked in the said we didn’t have breakfast included and it was $21pp. Since we didn’t have breakfast we took our time in the am and when we checked out the woman said you’re leaving without taking advantage of the included buffet? We sat down for 5 mins cause we had plans to get to. Very disappointed. When I booked it didn’t say we had to pay for parking which we had to pay $12 for. We had a nice room but the bathroom shower kinda sucked and the panel under the sink fell off. We paid a decent amount to stay at a Hyatt and it was NOT worth it. "
