"There was a very loud party that took place at the hotel for the one night we stayed, we were only told the day before because the staff called to say that there are not serving food. I would have liked more warning so I could make different arrangements. The music was very loud until midnight. Very disapppinted"

Breakfast was absolutely superb, especially the fresh eggs straight from their own chickens! We also had a little wonder around the garden and the whole place is so tidy and well cared for, it’s a pleasure to spend time there. We will definitely stay again. Very reasonable price too, great value for money. "

"Susan is an excellent host. Unobtrusive, but there when needed and nothing is too much trouble. She also provides an excellent and varied breakfast. Although in the middle of the village, the property is private and secure. Our room was comfortable and lacked nothing. It was also warm as the temperature dropped below freezing outside. Thoroughly recommended. "

"Stayed here before a track event at Donington and honestly it is one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in. Beverley is a wonderful host and from the moment she greeted us was full of advice, and tips to make our stay more comfortable. The bed was so comfortable I crashed out and didn’t stir at all.
