"I booked this place in JANUARY, I get to the hotel Friday and they can’t find me in their system, tell me they don’t use hotels.com. Haven’t used hotels.com for a while. Their boss said sorry we don’t have anything for you. Luckily it was a pay at the property deal and they didn’t get any money from us. Luckily we went down the street and found a room, attendant told us to be glad we didn’t stay there cause the place is bad news…….. "

There were roaches, spiders and gnats in my room, as soon as you open the door there is an overwhelming scent of mold. There were cobwebs above the door, The floor was sinking in, the ceiling was water damaged, the bathroom fixtures were rusted and gross. The room was unbelievably terrible. I told the clerk and was given yet another room, which was in even worse condition, I ultimately left the...
