"Staff great, drinks good, did see a baby roach in my room which we killed 2nd day of trip but none after that, pool was clean, beach choppy however plenty of chairs and umbrellas, food was good."

"Staff was good and the room was cleaned. It was at times extremely cold with no extra blankets available, so just turn off the air conditioner and you will be alright, at least that worked for me. The TV was not working and the WIFI, at least during my stay, was terrible, but I was prepared and I was able to keep me entertain myself with my cell phone and some downloaded program in my IPad. During 2nd night (2 night stay) my door was knock twice, when I responded on both instances the staff...

"The resort was in the perfect location for us. The rooms were clean always stocked with fresh towels the staff was very accommodating and the pool area was plush. The food in the cafe and sushi was amazing and the casino is a nice size. The Sheraton contributed to a fabulous birthday celebration in Puerto Rico. "The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given 3 we were a group of 6 people. Pool was nice and the area was clean. We also didn’t have a broom, mop to clean. It’s nice for a max of 3 days."

Almost all the staff were rude with customer service absolutely not a priority, inuding the male server at breakfast who was visibly angry because people arrived. I saw several people give up and leave rather than continue to wait for an hour for food or attention from waitstaff.
