"The rooms at this hotel were a perfect size. I liked that the bedroom was separate from the rest of the room and it had keys so you could lock it if you left with all your belongings inside of it. Everything seemed brand new. The only thing was I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water in the shower lol the only recommendation I would have would be to put a nightstand in the bedroom as there is nowhere to set anything. Overall, it was an excellent stay, very very clean nice location."

"We rented a car and could park right in front. The property manager never received reservation from Orbitz and we had a hard time contacting him upon arrival. Had to borrow the bike rental neighboring business’ phone to call him. He doesn’t receive payment from Orbitz either and we had to go back and forth to dispute. Cheap place to stay if you just want to quick overnighter with no frills."

"La habitación era sencilla pero limpia y espaciosa y me encantó la entrada cubierta con sus sillas. Perfecto para disfrutar de las noches de La Fortuna y el jardín bello que mantienen en el hotel. Pero lo que más ha hecho este lugar memorable era el personal de la recepción. Que todos eran amables y me ayudaban con lo que necesitaba. En especial quiero reconocer a Didier que terminó siendo mi ángel de la guardia después de que tuve un incidente en donde se me mojó y daño mi teléfono con todas...

"A wonderful hotel. Basic and clean room. Lots of hot water in shower. Fabulous breakfast buffet by the pool, watching the birds. Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful setting with many types of flowers and birds. Different places to sit and relax. Great location, close to the centre of town, which is great for travellers without cars Excellent value for the money!"

"Beautiful property and wonderful staff . Loved our stay here ! Location was perfect as were the cabins, hot pools…our breakfast was great . Watching all the birds in the trees at breakfast each morning was a highlight . The farm was so fun . We were lucky enough to be there when a new little calf was born. Loved the calm and quiet atmosphere here after our very active days . Can’t say enough about how courteous the staff are too .. was such a pleasure to be there . "
