"The room was had few problems and that switched us to new room they solved our issue. Great customer service"

"It is a lovely property!"

"They were very accommodating with an early check in. Disappointed that the whirlpool is no longer available and is still listed as an amenity. We were told we would have free parking but it was not offered when we asked about it. Beautiful lobby and delicious breakfast for a fair price."

"Comfortable beds, pretty clean and well-maintained, and decent breakfast options! Staff was very friendly."

"It would have been great to have a dining room so we could have enjoyed dinner on premises. Otherwise it was all very special and a unique inn. We may be back."

"The room was clean enough. But the beds were uncomfortable. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. The staff members who greeted us were friendly, even when the computer slowed down as they were trying to check us in. The elevators had a terrible odor. The location of the hotel was convenient - there were plenty of restaurants nearby and it was close to the main routes we needed to access for our trip. Friendly staff maintaining the breakfast area. The food was fine and there was a nice...

"We didn't stay on the property except to sleep. I would definately book them again for our next stay in Staunton."

"I thought the hotel looked new or a recent renovation. The lobby was very nice and the staff helpful. It felt very safe."

"Good for the price"

"Perfect. Thats all the review needs!"

"Liked that there were two restaurants within walking distance"

"Not quite sure who is to blame but we booked this stay about a week eary through Expedia and paid for one night stay. When we showed up on Tuesday evening to check in, there was no room avaiable. We had to get online and find a room about 20 minutes away. It took us about 4 days to get a refund put back on our...

"Rooms were clean. Even rooms get to hear the train go by during the night."

"Felt like a old 1970's style Motel with the large window by the door. Old shades that did not cover the window. Smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Torn carpet on second floor walkways outside the rooms. Needs overall upgrades and inprovements."

"What a find. This place is magical. Super nice. Only 8 suites. We were the only ones there. Great views of the mountains. Super relaxing"
