Never go to this line os hotels

The exprexience was terrible, I had booked a room in this hotel I payed when booked, I was able to make the check in at mid night, I called ahead time to let them know about it, when I arrvided they told me that they are full, no room for me, then they sent me walking like 5 blocks at that time to another hotel from the same owners I think, but the size and comfortably was not even close from the room I was expected to get, i have no choice other than stay in this other hotel, they change the rooms twice that nigth, the worse experience ever.

El peor servicio y el más irresponsable

Fue terrible el hotel nunca me recibió me dejo esperando 2 horas para decirme que no tenia habitación y el señor se reia en mi cara cada vez que le preguntaba que solución me daba y lo peor que no sabia que habia pasado y le hecha la culpa a que yo habia puesto pago en el hotel que yo debia haber pagado para sostenerme la reserva

Please stay here!

First of all the staff at the fromt desk were awesome! Their service was outstanding and we were called by name. Jaime allowed us a little late checkout which was a big help. We visited the cafe in fromt several times, the breakfasts were delicious and the hotel itself exhumes Colombian history and culture. It’s a gorgeous hotel. The room and bathroom were beautiful, they had everything we needed. They even brought in an extra bed for my son. Thank you for providing my sons and I an awesome visit!

The area is good .it is near a park however the area is loud. Make sure you get a room away from the street. Breakfast was tasty.

It was just ok hotel. My room es very very damp

Firstly it was just a room with bed and bathroom. Nothing special and your money is better spent else where. The one exception was the staff, five star helpful and friendly

Very Friendly basic modern Hotel on good location

Very friendly and helpful staff (all). Best hot shower with high pressure I got in Colombia. Location: At the starting point of bar/restaurant street, shopping and one block from the main beach BocaGrande. Good connections (taxi's, buses, tourism)

Llegué a las 11 de la noche a hacer buen uso de mi reserva pero me informaron que no había disponibilidad. Luego tuve que retirarme a un hotel más costoso. Malo el hecho de no informar con anterioridad para poder tomar medidas.
