"So happy with our stay at Casa León Royal. Super great service, quiet and calm - exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast buffet was really good (only thing missing was a really great coffee). We had fab weather in February (25 degrees and not a cloud in the sky) with no wind whilst it was quite strong winds down by the ocean. If you're looking for a few calm days away on Gran Canaria, this is your place. "

"A nice residence very clean and comfortable, Only issue i had may be the time of year i visited is there are very restaurants or places to eat within walking distance of La Fonda, A friendly local bar next door and a shop 200mts away you don't really need much else The roof terrace is very good for just chilling out, The terrace is ideal for plane watching as you cannot miss anything into or out airport "

"I like the location with easy access to Yumbo and a few nice dining areas. The property had limited parking but street parking always available and free. It was off season so very quite and adults only was a bonus. The breakfast was good but repeated everyday so could only have for a couple mornings. Rooms very clean and spacious"

"Very spacious apartment. None of the furniture seemed worn-down, despite having an older style. There is only A/C in the bedroom, which is not a problem if you are not staying in the apartment during the day. The bathroom was also spacious, shower pressure was great. The toilet did not flush well. My room was located on the street where there were some small clubs. The music woke me up every night around 4am unless I wore earplugs and played white noise. "Richard and Katy are very friendly and helpful owners. My room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. The rooftop terrace is very good location for watching aircraft. An excellent bed and breakfast and my friend and I agreed that we would definitely stay again."

"We were so pleasantly surprised with how clean and lovely Valtisya House was. The best, however was the help we received from Juan at check in. He went above & beyond in arranging an early taxi for us and made sure all went well, helped us to our room and gave great directions for places in the neighborhood. "
