Barra Hotels with Swimming Pool

"It is lack of enough staff. First night, suddenly we wake up at 3 am with a tribble noise due to strong wind causing the window to be open. We could not closed it and lot of rain was entering into our room affecting our stuffs. Went down to reception, he offer to change our room but there no one to help us to get our stuff to move the the new room. I asked for a bottle of water, no room service was available after midnight and also no any water bottle was available to be taken to our room. Receptionist offered to go to the spa and take some water in a cup from a machine. I’ve been to Malia in many places around and I was expecting surely much Aveiro deserve much better hotel service. "

"Had good breakfast menu n the breakfast area was up kept. The room was run down and there was no coffee maker in the room. No luggage rack. The room furnishings were also run down. Overall not good , just that we could have got way better 4 star hotel for the price we paid at this hotel . There are way better hotels around averio with better price , location n service "
