Varning! Ett mycket otrevligt boende

Gräslig upplevelse. Det rum vi betalat för var iordningställt men andra gäster bodde där. Värdinnan ljög och hävdade att det var en vattenskada. Hon vägrade att överhuvudtaget hjälpa till under vår vistelse utan uppträdde arrogant genomgående. Vi gjorde vårt bästa för att kommunicera med henne men hon var rakt igenom otrevlig. Värdinnan talade inget annat språk än italienska så vi fick översätta allt digitalt (hon vägrade hela tiden göra motsvarande). Det rum vi fick hade avsevärda brister men det som förstörde vistelsen var den osympatiska värdinnan.

Quale soggiorno?

Dopo aver prenotato e pagato per il soggiorno, come da indicazioni, ho cercato di contattare la struttura per concordare il check-in e, solo dopo numerosi tentativi, ho ottenuto finalmente una risposta. Mi è stato detto che la struttura, nonostante io avessi prenotato e pagato anticipatamente, non aveva disponibilità di stanze e pertanto non poteva ospitarmi. A quel punto chiedo: “e per il rimborso?” Risposta: “Provvederà Hotels.com”. Conclusione: Mi sono ritrovata per strada, di sera, senza alloggio e ancora non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso.

Nice room but ????

While the interior of the room was nice and clean, the property was difficult to find and there is no one on site, no office. It was basically an apartment being rented out. The owner needed to be called when we got there for him to come and give us keys for the unit. Breakfast was provided by giving you a card to go to a neighborhood café for coffee and a roll.
