"One of the most interesting experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The pods' size was spacious enough for a person to sleep comfortably and keep their belongings. The staff was nice and helpful, and the ambience felt dream-like, especially the bathrooms, which in itself was a great experience. I was surprised by how clean the bathrooms were, given the number of people who would use those bathrooms. Would absolutely come back whenever I traveled to London again."

"The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, conveniently located close to subway stations and just a short walk away from the Tower of London. The rooms are extremely small; even the sink is outside of the bathroom! The bed is surrounded by walls and the window on three sides! So if you’re two people, one has to climb to their side of the bed! Our room wasn’t very clean. Multiple stains on the bed headboard, water stain on the ceiling and under the sink.
