The children were playing in the jacuzzi. There was a place for adults only but children overpopulated that as well. The bartender Kevin was great but the other bartender on Wednesday was horrible. He was rude and let it be known he was rude. The beds were like laying on bricks and you could hear children very loudly running...

"Room cleaning was good, pool was good, servers by the pool were friendly. The restaurants food is ok at best and priced like a Michelin star restaurants. Don’t get the pizza."

"Stayed here for my daughter's 16th birthday. Our suite was spacious and clean. All of the staff were very professional and willing to assist with our requests. We are planning to come here for our next family vacation! Unfortunately due to weather, the outside pool was closed the first day. The girls were still able to swim indoors. They have a wonderful shuttle that takes you to the beach area that is set aside for Grande Dune guests. Additionally, they offer valet parking. Just a great place...

"This was our first stay at Avista resort. We celebrated our 35 wedding anniversary. The resort was very clean and our room was top notch. The staff from office to the maids to people who helped with the luggage was top notch. We will definitely be staying at Avista resort again probably in September. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in North Myrtle beach."
