Beautiful big home with large bedrooms decorated with great detail. Very helpful hosts that made you feel special. Would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful stay at a historic home circa 1817!
David & Susan we’re very welcoming and made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable and memorable. David helped us with our luggage which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Breakfast was wonderful…not just because of the wonderful home cooked meal, big because it allowed time for talking with other guests as well as David and Susan. We heard many stories about Bardstown and about the bourbon trail experiences! Just wonderful!!

Great B & B
We had a nice stay at the Red Rose Inn, bed and breakfast, located within walking distance to the historic Bardstown downtown area. The Inn was built in the early 1800's featuring 4 bedrooms all with private baths ( 1 on the 1st floor and 3 on the 2nd floor), a sitting area and dining room on the main floor and a large deck out back. The deck had 3 separate umbrella tables and chairs! The bedrooms were very spacious. Bathroom was a little tight, though I appreciated more space in the bedroom. Charming antique decor throughout. Hosts, Susan and David were very friendly. Hot breakfast was at 9 in the dining room with all the guests together. Coffee was available at ~7am There is street parking in front and a small parking area behind the house through the alley. The alley was very tight! The street the house is on, is a pretty busy road so you do hear the street noise at bedtime. I didn't find the king bed comfortable, springs seemed a little worn. Bedding and towels were soft and fresh. The whole house was spotlessly clean!

This is probably one of the best B&B's my wife and I have stayed in. A beautiful home with very comfortable sleeping rooms and fantastic hosts.

Red Rose Inn
David and Susan’s B&B is everything you could need in a trip to Bardstown. Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants or bars. We were here to do some bourbon trail stops and it was within minutes of several different ones. They allowed us to check in early before our first tasting. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Bardstown

Susan and Dave were fantastic and also cooked up a delicious breakfast! They are native to Bardstown and shared lots of great information about the area

Loved the hosts. They were kind and friendly to everyone. Susan’s breakfast are superior to all. They told us about the area and were truly wonderful hosts. Loved it here!!

Great Bed & Breakfast in Bardstown
We had a wonderful one night stay at the Red Rose Inn Bed & Breakfast. David and Susan were wonderful hosts, and we enjoyed visiting with them upon our arrival and over a very delicious breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. So glad we decided to stay an extra day in Bardstown and that they had an available room. I would recommend this Bed & Breakfast to anyone traveling to the Bardstown area.

We enjoyed the Red Rose. David and Susan are great hosts and will tell you all about the area if you ask. It is also very walkable to much of Bardstown including a number of nice shops. We hope to stay again some day!

Beautiful setting. Rooms were very clean. The breakfast was to die for. Red Rose is just a block from the circle where many businesses thrive. (We enjoyed the walk and the stores, however many restaurants weren't open after 6:00 p.m for dinner due to covid(?) which made the ones that were open very crowded.) Yes, I would stay here again. Dave and Suzanne were gracious host and accommodating.

The Red Rose Inn is a beautiful 100 year old home located within walking distance to downtown Bardstown. The Inn's owners are great - friendly, helpful and prepared a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend this B&B!

Second two-night stay at Red Rose Inn B&B, going to book another stay for the summer. Friendly Hosts, great breakfast, and very clean. Highly recommend booking your lodging here when visiting Bardstown.

Great B&B in Bardstown
Red Rose Inn is in a great location to walk to downtown Bardstown. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hosts are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They send you off with a great breakfast, and there and snacks and beverages available throughout the day. There is plenty of off street parking. They have a nice deck outside with plenty of seating to relax.
