"Poor room ‘biggy’ 307. Two small single beds with very slippery mattresses that fall off the base. Sofa bed alternative creaky. Bathroom smells damp. 4 coat hangers for 2 people for 3 nights. No storage. Bizarre pool hours - no coffee on roof - breakfast staff unhelpful - reception staff very good. ..."
