"A stunning hotel with impeccable service, although the clientele tends to be more flashy than representative of “quiet luxury.” The service at the hotel’s Anciovi restaurant could be improved. Despite clearly requesting non-alcoholic cocktails, we were served alcoholic drinks instead. Rosso and the breakfasts, however, were fabulous, and the valet service was truly exceptional. Special mention goes to Gregory at the concierge desk, who provided exceptionally attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay."

"The property is located on one of most beautiful sea coast. There is a sea side and saltwater pool area, with platform for direct sea access. Buffet breakfast something for everyone. Easy access to food and drink around pool and sea area. Although drink prices are a bit steep… but you are on holiday! They offer room service and shuttle bus to and from town of Taormina above (a must see) for shopping, dining, and cocktails. Great location to Isolate Bella, tram, Mt Etna tours. Rooms are average and balcony a must! Ciao."

"Staff was delightful. Our balcony room was beautiful overlooking pool and ocean view. Only reason for 4 stars was the extremely hard bed that was very uncomfortable and hard pillows. Would not stay here again only because of the hard mattress. Self serve espresso machine like at other hotels and fresh juice would’ve made breakfast exceptional. If you don’t care about a very hard mattress this hotel is great in a fantastic location."

"The views and ease of getting to corso Umberto made this a great location. The staff were so helpful! The shortcut was close by but it is a little steep and maybe 20-30 steps. But manageable. The rooms were so cute and the bed super comfortable. Would stay again for sure!"

"I had an unexpected stay for two nights due to the airport closure and I am so glad I did. Salvo st the reception desk was lovely such a nice warm welcome and first impression. The bar at reception was amazing, female bartender really great at making drinks and service. Roberto and the pool team really friendly. If there is any negatives I would just say the rooms are a little dated and can use a freshen up to meet the lobby’s decor. All in all I hand a wonderful stay and will definitely be back"

"This location was just outside the city center and very convenient for walking. The staff and amenities were very good and easy to use. The nightly entertainment was excellent and from 9 to midnight. The large pool was refreshing and a bar adjacent. It provided a large buffet style breakfast daily. The setting was relaxing and enjoying."
