"You pay for what you get....our room (327) had wallpaper being held up with staples, baseboard missing, mini fridge didn't work, the toilet ran, and the tub drain had been poorly repaired. The only reason I didn't complain is because the bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean and we were just spending one night traveling."

"They were doing construction ,that's what the desk clerk says as to why the filth. I never stayed there it was to unclean for us. The clerk was nice and honest so I appreciate that.The pictures that Expedia has is a hoax . They attempted to give us a room with a door that leads to the next room with some kind of chair against it with advanced notice that there may be a lot going on with the neighbors but just stuck it up. They couldnot/would not refund me or referral to sister company. I called Expedia they couldn't /wouldn't help me said wait for a call back (so basically left me on the street) They never called me back with a solution ,never refunded the acct. Im from LosAngeles CA visiting West Virginia they didn't care if I didn't have a way to pay for stay somewhere else. I even paid for so called insurance. This really shocked me cause I trusted them."

"I was sexuslly harassed by your employee that worked the front desk. I want a full refund along with vouchers to stay for free. My card wasn't supposed to be charged due to the "misunderstanding " but it was. I have tried to contact the manager but no response back. I am very upset over this situation I am thinking about getting attorney."
