Handy location just off the main route through Chambery. Family room in Les Cabanes was quirky and spacious and felt like it was excellent value for money. Breakfast was a little on the expensive side, but very good quality with a good choice of options.

We rang the hotel to tell them that we were arriving earlier than expected. They told us that the room was ready. We went in are room number 102, it wasn’t ready so we went back to reception. They gave us another room number 103, it was ready but smaller than the original room (n•102) we should have had. We weren’t happy, so we went back to reception to see if we could have our room back. She then told us that she had given it to someone else. We wanted to get refunded but she decided to give us a bigger room number 126. We went to see and noticed it wasn’t ready either. We had to wait at least 15 min so we took the car to get ourselves something to eat. I am not very happy with the service at reception, they are not very professional and not organised.

Perfect! (nearly....)but no space for dinner..
Amazing rooms! Comfortable, stylish and very clean, nice little complimentary toiletries. Didn’t try the spa, but will definitely when we come back next time. Reception was very friendly and informative, and the bar area was comfortable and relaxing. Easy to get to from the main highway, with two separate car parks. It was nice to know the car was safe, and we could see it from our room. large carrefor is not too far away, and convenient to pick up extra bits on your way up to the mountain. My only criticism, and quite a big deal for us, was that when we enquired about making a reservation for dinner (3 of us, so not a big table) we were told by bar staff that the restaurant was fully booked for the whole of that evening. This was at 2.30pm in the afternoon. I just couldn’t understand how, when you offer guests a room for the night, you cannot have space for them to eat?! As travelling tourists we had no idea about the local area, so asked at reception for assistance on Where we can get food...our only option was to head back into chambery town centre. Not a welcoming prospect as we were travelling tourists who had already spent 6 hours driving. I felt that this really let our stay down, it was such a shame as the place itself is so lovely. A lesson learned. Next time, and a word of advice for others.. book a table for dinner straight away when you make a room reservation! Needless to say, we didn’t worry about asking if there was breakfast space.

L’hôtel est proche de la grande route et les chambres ne sont pas insonorisés le bruit constant des voitures est très désagréable. De plus, Le chauffage ne se baisse pas malgré un essai de le mettre à 16degre il faisait une chaleur horrible dans la chambre

Sono più di 40 anni che giro il mondo per lavoro o per turismo e non ho mai trovato una camera tanto piccola e tanto assurda. In due era impossibile muoversi: uno doveva stare nel letto o in bagno. L’hotel è poi vicinissimo ad un’arteria molto trafficata per cui è stato impossibile dormire.

Geluiddichte kamer langs de snelweg: uitstekende service, kleine, maar praktische kamer. Ontbijt was fantastisch: ruime keuze in warme en koude gerechten en lekker buiten in de tuin. Let op met kiezen: in de Cabanes zit een ingebouwd bed, in het hotel zelf kun je kiezen uit soorten bedden.

Sehr gute Unterkunft, gute Lage an Autobahn, hat auch Ladestationen für Tesla! Vor allem das Restaurant ist hervorzuheben, hat super Speisen, einzig das Frühstück könnte etwas besser vorbereitet werden, da alles irgendwie verteilt in verschiedenen Räumen zu holen ist!
