"This hotel is wonderful! The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend dinner. We had some of the best carbonara and pizza I have ever tasted. The airport transfer was very easy. The driver was waiting for us, right outside customs, with our name on a sign. We also used their transfer to the cruise port the next day, which was great and only cost 8 Euros."

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. They don’t have to washcloths or shampoo for the shower, but we were only there for 1 night so we made do. Our host was excellent. "

"we only stayed one night as a stop off before heading to a wedding in sienna the next day. What a night though! Too bad we didn’t stay longer. The owner is lovely and we happen to be there for a barbecue one night with lots of locals coming together just having a great time! Delicious organic locally sourced food from the farm. Delicious wine from their small vineyard. The most amazing sunset and gorgeous, secluded pool overlooking the landscape. Really private and scenic and felt very authentic...

"You will simply not find another B&B like this. Federica is like visiting your sister or a kindly friend. She will make you breakfast every morning whatever you like and you can eat it on your cute little balcony. This hotel is very close to the lake and all restaurants within a few minutes walk. Our room had two beds. One was a larger queen sized and one was a single with a memory foam topper. The larger bed had a harder mattress, but I always travel with a foam topper.
