Personal muy amable y atento, lo único que no me gusto fue el precio de las bebidas y la cena, era muy elevado para lo que ofrecían. Aparte de eso, todo bien, muy bueno el desayuno.

La propiedad está muy vieja y en malas condiciones. Actualmente tienen una remodelación en parte del edificio que no han terminado y se ve con mal aspecto. Las habitaciones son sencillas, camas cómodas. Las toallas de los baños son de muy mala calidad. El desayuno no es bueno, de mala calidad y poca variedad. Además el comedor es muy incómodo. Habían muchas moscas en el àrea.

Lo que me gustó fue el servicio al cliente y localización de hotel y lo que no me gustó fue el mantenimiento de la piscina y el baño no estaba muy bien por ejemplo ducha no servía y el lava manos muy sucio

The rooms are crap the light switch’s are just hanging there they don’t fix it they don’t even have a desk for you to put your stuff on the bathroom is pure crap nothing works the shower nob broke when I grab it over all my stay at this hotel was terrible I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they changed me more than they said they would don’t waste your money on this place there are better places to stay at

Hotel needs remodeling

Big nice property that looks abandone. Staff are very nice. Hotel is clean. But walls floors in rooms need to be redone. Showers dirty (as if havent been cleaned in years) bath tub discolor. Just terrible. Cant describe it. Wish they remodel the place. Would be a great hotel if they did.

la peor experiencia de mi vida

prometen pero no tienen: casino, gimnasio, sauna, 3 restaurantes, 2 cafeterias, puerto deportivo, coctail de bienvenida. nada de nada. ademas, durante dos dias la piscina tenia un color verde que no invitava al baño, la playa es un autentico estercolero, el desayuno es escaso y el servicio malo, el balcon de la habitacion daba a una construccion inacabada desde la cual se podia acceder a la habitacion. tengo fotos de todo lo que digo

Este tiene como aspecto positivo un buena ubicación, y es de fácil acceso... fuera de eso el Hotel es un desastre. Las habitaciones son incomodas, la cama es pequeña para 2 personas... y eso que estábamos en una Suite... La piscina esta de color verde... El desayuno no alcanzo para las personas que estábamos en el Hotel en nuestro primer dia, y al dia siguiente simplemente no hicieron el desayuno.. .

Convenient and nice-ish but empty and overpriced

The area around it appears to be a park which would be good except it it's also kind of creepy. The pool area is very nice but a group of young boys came through the fence and were too wild for my daughter. Maybe that's why no one swims there. The casino is long gone and empty. We kind of rattled around the hotel with very few guests. the counter help was genuinely friendly but often hanging out other places since there were no guests. We were offered a refrigerator for the room. My husband said we didn't need it. Then I found out and said yes we did. And never could get it. Beware, our laundry was not ready today it was supposed to be though they were able to get a hold of the guy even though it was Christmas Eve and we had it in time to leave in the morning. The room we had may or may not have been one of the refurbished one since it was partially, though not up to a four-star hotel standard, the changes were very nice and the things that weren't updated werefine and functional . Overall it was a good hotel although I think we overpaid. But we had a family room with four beds for just the three of us. Better than getting two rooms though.
