"Personal an der Rezeption grundlos unfreundlich. Ich reise mit meinem 5 jährigen Sohn- was am Empfang direkt als „Störfaktor“ gesehen wurde. Null Hilfsbereitschaft jeglicher Richtung. Die Pools sind trotz Beschreibung nicht beheizt. Das Hotel steht halb leer. Strand sehr mässig. Die Zimmer sehr hellhörig- man hört abends den Nachbar reden. Buffet Abends extrem dünn. Ich bin froh das ich im Anschluss ein anderes Hotel gebucht habe und weiss das es nicht an Mauritius selbst, sondern am Hotel...

"The general feeling of hospitability in Padma is great. All the staff seem to be very nice and honest and you feel welcome. Also the dogs of the house are very nice and well behaving. The room was very good regarding the price and also breakfast was a bit simple but good. The walking distance to the ”downtown” is 10 minutes. I would definately stay here again."

"this stay is very hard to summarize. the location of the hotel is excellent when whale watching or walks to beach or the Chamarel targets are on the bucket list. The pools are great and bit unsure why there is so often a fuss for clean beach towels since those should just be procured and maybe do not support some people changing all the time and others wait forever on a fresh one. The rooms are incredible bad noise insulated - you hear next to you and above you all the time. We enjoyed half...

"Die Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer war Verbesserungsfähig. Unter dem Bett lag eibiges an Staub, auf dem Mamor des Waschtisches waren überall kalkablagerungen und Becherränder zu sehen. Das Essen war essbar, jedoch nichts besonderes. Lieber die Restaurants an der Straße aufsuchen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Preise für Getränke an der Bar hatten es in sich."

"Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Angefangen von den sehr dünnen Wänden und deshalb lauten Zimmer, bis hin zu einem sehr unaufmerksamen Personal. Wenn man ein Anliegen hatte konnte das selten gelöst werden. Die kleinsten Dinge waren immer ‚against the rules‘. Bis auf Ana an der Rezeption hat sich niemand wirklich gekümmert. Auch der Service im Hauptrestaurant war ziemlich schlecht. Man hatte das Gefühl als ob das Personal absolut keine Lust hatte oder kein Englisch verstand....

"Das Hotel liegt inmitten einer atemberaumenden Landschaft mit Blick auf den Le Morne Brabant. Alle Mitarbeiter sind äußerst höflich und das Frühstück bietet ausreichend Auswahl. Man merkt jedoch in den Zimmern, dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dennoch war unser Zimmer immer sauber und wurde täglich zweimal aufgeräumt.
