Hotels near Baptist Memorial Restorative Care Hospital

"Hotel undergoing renovation. That’s fine. -They told me to expect construction noise beginning at 9 am. They did NOT tell me, however, that housekeeping begins BANGING on the doors at 9/9:30. Before this, in 30+ years of travel and hotel stays, I’ve never before been told that I HAVE TO put the dnd sign on my door to prevent housekeeping from waking me up. The housekeeper (was very polite and apologetic) told me “they said [room #] was checked-out!” The front desk, on the other hand, was indignant. They could use a reeducation in hospitality. Beyond that, room was nice, price was good, location was convenient. Would recommend. "

"Staff was great from the time we walked through the door until we left. Clean room and good a/c and heat as it got chilly while we were there. Overall everything was great. "

"The staff was the only saving grace. The only thing in the room, this extended stay property with kitchen, was a dish towel, two mini-bars of soap, a small tube of shampoo and an extra TP roll. Not even a water glass. "

"We didn’t get to use the pool, didn’t have breakfast..The staff was nice, the room was clean, but I expected more.. They need to fix on the air conditioner it was so loud and nosey.. You gotta fight with the door to get it open.. And I’m confused on why do you have a pay for parking at a hotel you’re staying at? I find that very odd,."

"Everything was good Michael the manager was very nice when there was a mix up with the rooms. And Ricky and Latunya were awesome at the front desk. I am glad to be an IHG member"

"The room was plenty big, the remote was non existent and no phone in the room, the lady when checking in did not look up but 2 times that was to take my money and the give me the keys she did not tell me about breakfast or how to check out or even tell me how much I was being charged. When checking out I had to hunt the lady down to give her the keys she told me I should just leave them on the counter , no ma’am not happening. "
