Room was clean and tidy. The Mountain View and little balcony was very nice. The parking was easy and spacious. It was in close walking distance to the downtown Bansko area where all the bars and restaurants are. The owners were very pleasant.

I was initially allocated a single room, as requested. However upon arrival the room was not as expected. There was no storage other than a single wardrobe and coathangers. No drawer space.
