"The view is spectacular. Our first room was small but clean and adequate. We were then upgraded to a large beautiful room. The staff were excellent, they go home at 5, then the security are around to help if needed. The pool was terrific. The restaurant on site is not affiliated but a voucher is given for breakfast. Breakfast was great but dinner needed improvement. We had a great experience overall. "

"This resort is so close to the airport and has free shuttle to and from. Upon arrival we were given a drink and a cool towel, check in was easy and fast. Our room was clean and has all the basic amenities, soaps hairdryer mini fridge stocked daily with bottled water. Balcony was nice and has a rack to hang wet bathing suits. The resort itself is older but very small and easy to get to everything. You can always find a pool chair and the pool staff are very attentive and kind. Ask Sandy for her signature coconut mojito at the swim up bar, you won’t be disappointed. It’s not difficult to make a reservation at any of the restaurants either, and I believe that’s because the buffet has amazing food as well so you can always find something to eat from fresh made stir fry and pasta for dinner and omelettes and waffles in the morning there is an abundance of delicious foods and so much fresh veg and fruits. Calabash is my favourite reso restaurant serving Caribbean fare and delicious steaks. And there were 3 outdoor dinners by the pool in the week we were here, country night, American Thanksgiving dinner and a Carnival night. The staff that work here put their heart and soul into this resort. Some are here from the early morning until way into the night serving entertaining and making sure everyone is having the best time. If you’re looking for a fun family friendly place with amazing food, a slower pace and some of the kindest people in the Caribbean you need to come to Coconut Bay!"

"First and foremost the staff was amazing. Cherisa was unbelievable. Best service/care I’ve ever experienced. She took us under her care right away with exceptional service and never looked back. Our sons got sick and she had a doctor at our door almost immediately. It turned out to be really severe and she had them continuously helping. Made all the difference. Had a taxi whenever we needed it, tour right away. Everything was handled and she was so kind and courteous. Checking in immediately and consistently. The general manager was great too helping with the doctors. The doctors were so wonderful and have continued to check in with us weeks after we left. Can’t say enough about the service and care provided. "

"The view alone is with the stay. Very friendly staff! Lots of fun amenities on site. Make sure to take advantage of the spa. The open air room will be an adjustment the first night, but trust me that you get used to it and will ultimately find it to be very pleasant. Yes, birds and moths will pay your room visits but that’s part of the experience! They are harmless. "

"I will forever be grateful with the great staff at Ti Ka Ye for making our engagement trip unforgettable. Since before our arrival, they assisted me with planning my proposal, coordinated everything perfectly and made our stay simply magical. The food is great, the staff is super friendly, the rooms are well taken care of and has (in our opinion) one of the best views on the island. We loved and enjoyed the hotel activities, and they are a must if you visit. We did the SPA and a bunch of outdoor activities. (Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Stand Up Paddle, and it was lots of fun! If you’re visiting St Lucia, we highly recommend staying at Ti Ka Ye. My girlfriend (now fiancé) and myself were incredibly happy and we are definitely coming back one day for an anniversary trip.
