Very useful location as I was on business in the suburbs but also wanted to visit the city. Very convenient next to the airport link train and one of the MRT lines. Good enough for the price. Lovely staff and a few good places to eat nearby. I will likely stay again when I visit the same customer. Very convenient for the airport without being right there.

Overall, I had a nice stay in this property. I chose it as I had a flight in the morning the day after. The hotel is fairly well located between central Bangkok and the airport, so it is convenient in terms of distance. The room was spacious and had all the items you need. However, the amenities were very dusty in some areas and could benefit for thorough cleaning. Also, I went to the swimming pool at 7am and found a lot of dirt in the pool. It's still good to use, but I can sense that it's being neglected from the staff. In addition, they had a bulk booking for a tour group from Korea, who happened to be extremely loud at 2am. I called the reception to have a word with their guests to be more considerate towards other guests at night. Unfortunately, the staff has not done their due diligence to reduce this pain point. I ended up talking with the guests myself as they were still loud at 3am. I hope the management team will take this into consideration to improve their services.

clean, modern hotel close to transit
Excellent location near a shopping center that has a Swensens ice cream parlour, a 24-hr grocery store, a massage place, several thai restaurants. Also, a starbucks is within walking distance. The staff is great. I loved the small rooftop pool. Close to transit, but far from the main areas of interest.

Decent hotel not to far from the hotel. Only negative was we needed a taxi to the airport early the next morning, we asked staff to arrange one, they said they didnt provide that service. Suggested we go to the corner and find one ourselves. At 5am in the morning my husband went down a dark unknown street and there was not a taxi in sight. Came back to the hotel and someone in the general area stood in the st and flagged down a taxi for us. The street food outside the hotel was absolutely amazing.

The in room information stated there was a roof top pool and workout facilities. When I didn't see an elevator button for that I asked the front desk and was told it was in another building and they would show me the way. So, when I directed them to take me to the pool I was lead outside the hotel through some construction and into, what seemed like, an abandoned hotel lobby with a pool on the ground floor. There were no towels or lounge chairs and the pool water was dirty.

We loved the room. the shower door should not be so close to the bathroom floor. When the door opens after a shower it leaves no room for the floor towel ( the floor got wet). Got the free snacks with room only the first night was stocked (stayed four nights). Breakfast didn’t seem fresh even at 630am.

Clean hotel. Close to the station.
Nice and clean. Close to station. Asian tour customer a lot. This is not resort hotel. This is city style hotel. Not arrowed breakfast with room gown. Short stay is better. Construction is going on front of their hotel. Bad traffic. Wifi didn't work almost all day after tell to the front desk.

Although they had plenty of vacant rooms when I arrived (at 1 AM), tey put me in one next to a nosy elevator. At 06:00 a woman hotel official tried to enter my room while I was asleep. But the door was latch-bolted so even though her pass key worked, the latch stopped her from entering. I woke up and looked out the peep hole, when I saw her approach again and try to open the door. I stood behind the door and asked what was wrong, but got no reply. She just walked away.

New hotel, great service
Stayed three nights at Zayn. Chose the hotel based off of an affordable price but got more than what we paid for: excellent service, new hotel amenities, great buffet breakfast selection, and beautiful rooms. Only caveat is that the location is a little far from the city center -- expect to pay over 100 baht to get downtown (but that shouldnt be a detriment when picking hotels). I'd stay here again.

方便舒適
其實離機場捷運出口很近，但一下機場快線跟著google的導航走過鐵軌，經過木橋，穿過小巷才到飯店，覺得有點擔心，隔天要去坐機場快線改走大馬路，但車多又要過鐵軌還是不方便，也許有其他方法連通這兩部份，但我們也沒時間研究了。離飯店5分鐘左右有一間大賣場，正好讓我們買伴手禮回國。整體而言，很方便也新很乾淨，隔音也不錯，另外門口就是黃線的捷運站。
