This customer is from the next door hotel. They came to our place with a very rude attitude, yelling my staff at the main lobby. We would like to conform this statement they said here is not ture. My staff was at the lobby waiting to welcome them all day. This customer didnot give any phone number to reach. We cannot confirm of the time they will come. We are an apartment have all the right to rent out our place. In the same building they all do 200 rooms renting out daily. We are not sure why this customer said like that. Perhaps try to discredit our place to get more customer to thier place!! You didnot want to stay we also refund to you and you still gave us a very bad comment. This is so bad. . You pretended you were not happy and you were gone. You didnot even stay at our place. Why you know so much about our place. This is a competitor at the next door. So sick to see this kind of review. May be you could spend sometime to learn how to be respecful to people.
