Clean and Comfortable
We had a great experience at the Sathon! We arrived late in the evening and was greeted by very friendly people at the front desk. They were sure to take down our breakfast order for the next day. Breakfast was delicious and the servers were very kind and attentive. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. It was also a very convenient location. A short walk to the old city, and a short walk to a night market in the other direction. Would stay here again!

Отель реально у черта на куличках. На такси до ближайшего метро сотка бат и везти не хотят. На туке 10 мин. Завтрак яицо и сосиска порезанная на 2 части. Еще было грам 5 помидорки и лапушок. Короче завтрака нет. Я не знаю, что едят те, кто отписали хвалебый отзыв, но завтрака реально нет и жалко даже не денег - времени. Рядом районный рынок, можно взять уличной еды. Девчонки на ресепшне милые и позитивные, но просить что-либо бессмысленно, не бывает ни подушек ни одеял. Багаж можно оставить после выписки бесплатно. Короче, скромная двоечка с ооочень экономным режимом за дорогие деньги.

By the morning light the area was great with a police station at the end of the soi.....when I arrived late at night the area did not look so appealing.....breakfast was adequate and a lot of things near by

Very clean modern hotel. Smily staff. Walking distance to nice restaurants/bars. Very nice icecream place around the corner. Nice and cheap massage places near by. A safe quiet location but still very local. Pay extra to driver to use highway..... otherwise it will take you hours to get from the aiport!

Well furnished hotel room at first! However...
Overall was good. Free shuttle service to Sala Dueng BTS Station via 1 hour advanced request. Nice room with basis necessities, however during our 8 nights stay, bedsheets were not changed throughout.. Limited TV channels, mostly Thai spoken. Room can be seen tidied in quick manner just to look made up. Room was half sound proof only. Staffs were nice and friendly, even the cleaner and driver too! Overall rated as above average for hospitality! Cheers. :)

We had a great experience staying here December last year so we decided to return. This time, we found that water temperature was not consistent. The water turned cold everytime when I was taking my shower so I ended up shivering in cold morning and night. Other than that, the hotel was comfortable and very close to 7 eleven and many street food can be found within walking distance.

Clean, good value, safe & secure
This is one of the better < $AUD45 a night more "modern" hotels in Sathorn area. Only stayed one night and left before breakfast. Lovely front desk staff for (fast - no hassle) checkin and checkout. Also loved the extra floor space to empty re-pack my suitcase. Bed was super comfy and airco very quiet and efficient. Recommended.

Deluxe room with view was large and comfortable. Strong wi-fi. Near local market, food stalls, cafe and restaurants, 20 minute walk to Silom. Breakfast had a set-menu with a few selections. Good stay
The hotel is above average, considering that it is a 3-star hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle service (by car) to BTS Sala Daeng (and walkable to Silom MRT) every morning on your request. The room is clean and air-con is strong. No problem with the water heater during shower. There are many roadside stalls selling local food nearby the hotel as well. The only bad thing is that it is out of the way, so whenever you want to go back to hotel, you will have to take a taxi. I will stay here again when I'm back in Bangkok!

Great location and services
We stayed here for a total of about 2 weeks over 2 visits. We stayed in room 403 and room 603. The rooms are quiet and very clean with a great shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast is provided for a charge each am. Breakfast is eggs to order or an Asian meal. I liked the meals but feel like the restaurant can be more flexible in allowing for changes in choices of food. The location of the hotel is fine. Loads of restaurants, little shops and places for coffee or to get drinks. Preme is the front office staff member who speaks the most English and is very helpful in helping to make arrangements. Some reviewers mentioned being annoyed with the walk to the metro. It is about a 12 minute walk or 200 Baht tuk tuk ride. However, the hotel provides a wonderful driver who will take you to the metro station for free. You can walk back or take a cab. The metro or sky train are great modes of transportation.

The room had dirty sheets and old towels that have lost their quality and whiteness. Very far from towns, malls and other tourists attractive places. Hotel in a bad congested area. Great Hotel
It was a very nice hotel. New hotel with good service. Guest friendly. And though it isnt smack in the middle of downtown, there is still lots of local shops and places to eat. Generally clean and quiet at night it is great if you need your beauty sleep. The only con Was that I saw a few ants in the room.

Hotel provides free refreshment in hotel lobby with some biscuits at your owns leisure. But the problem, we are facing that when need to make some our favorite tea or coffee. There is no water boiler in the room. Have to make all the way to lobby to make it. Its rather inconvenience and do not understand, is the boiler so expensive that the hotel cannot afford to provide one. Honesty, most of the 3 stars hotel provided water boiler... its withdrawal me to return for long stay, unless short stay. A small water boiler will help a lot.

One of the best hotels I have experienced
The hotel is very new. The best value for money. The staff is very polite and supportive. There are planty of shows and Restra nearby. Banyan tree is walkable distance and the roof top bar there is breathtaking. I would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice, budget priced hotel off the beaten path
This is a nice hotel. The lobby feels very glamorous and my room was very spacious. It is away from the main or touristy areas and down an alley so cabs and tour companies had a hard time finding it. In terms of the room, no view means no sunlight so it was a bit cave-like. I also didn't get soap which was strange. I booked a room with breakfast and that was good. Your choice of one of five hot, cooked to order meals. The all day snack and coffee service (comp) is also nice. Lots of cheap street food and cheap massages in the area. The free taxi will only take you to Sala Daeng BTS, not even closer locations, so it's not super convenient.

Outstanding hotel!
This hotel is really deserving of 4 stars- it is beautifully decorated with lovely amenities and spacious rooms. I extended my stay by 4 extra nights because I liked it so much. The staff is super nice and the hotel is exceptionally clean. They have a cappuccino/latte machine and snacks 24 hours, high-speed internet, a restaurant, and in-room features like a desk/sitting area, bidet and amazing rainfall showerhead. Really enjoyed my stay here and will likely come back next time I am in Bangkok!

Friendly staff in a boutique style hotel. Good size rooms and well furnished. Great location for local shops and restaurants at the end of the small road - walk to the sky train is around 10mins, but given taxis are good value, you can get everywhere on a tourist hotlist quickly and easily.

Good overall experience, just one thing that disappointed me was that they put me into a room different to what I booked. (two beds instead of kingsize). I really didn't have time to show up at the specific time they requested me to show up to have the room switch. When I later was about to leave I raised this with the staff and requested another price for my stay, since I did not get the specific value I booked for. Their answer was just bluntly, the double bed and single is the same price.

Great Decoration with Great Free Coffee
The hotel was nicer than I expected. The decoration is pretty and modern, and its location is very conveniently accessible to Sathorn or Silom Road. There're plenty of food and convenient stores within walking distance. The only problem I had is that the room is too dark, it makes me feel like it's night time all the time. It's only one window in the room, and the light hardly gets in. It would be a lot nicer if the hotel put more bright white lights inside the room.
