We truly loved the hotel. The bed linens and bath towels are absolutely five-star quality. The pool is beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious. Above all, every member of the hotel staff — from the doormen to the front desk, from the housekeeping team to the restaurant and pool staff — deserves a perfect 10. Everyone is extremely kind, attentive, and welcoming. We are absolutely delighted and very happy with our stay.

The hotel is pretty nice and clean and has good rooms plus a nice pool and bar on the 37th floor with more on the floors above. The reason I give 4 stars for staff is because a) my key card somehow got deactivated in the middle of my stay which was a bit inconvenient and b) I asked for a late check out ( 1 hr) but they declined with reasoning that good hotels typically dont give ( that the hotel was fully booked!) Overall, pretty good hotel and location.

The Continent is great. It is in the most bustling part of Sukhumvit and the staff are all amazing! There is a resident cat that hangs out front too, which was a huge plus. 5 stars and two thumbs up!

The staff was exceptionally courteous and quite efficient. The room was also very pleasant and cozy. My only concern was there was a light that I could not figure out how to turn off. It eventually turned itself off, but I would have liked it off sooner since I had gone to bed early already.

The Staff is very friendly. Location is just great nearby the BTS station Asok. The rooms are not super big but nice. The only thing to complain is the noise from the street. We stayed in a Skyview room on 23rd floor and the windows are very poorly insulated. So be prepared to sleep with ear plugs ;-)

I had a great stay at The Continent Hotel in Bangkok! The location is perfect—right in the middle of the city, close to everything. It can be a little noisy from the street, but I didn’t mind at all since I love being in the heart of the action. The only small downside was that the elevator didn’t have air conditioning, which was a bit unusual. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable room, clean and quiet. The location is also great. The restaurants and bars at the top levels provide amazing views, the food is delicious and the drinks at the roof top come in fun setups
