    We were due to check out at noon. The hotel was empty. We asked if we could extend our check out time and check out 5-00pm. They said yes but THB1,000 was the cost. This seemed exploitative as most hotels have very few guests.

    Rooms and pool need renovations

    Good location however pool needs attention, room was average, gym running machines need a service or update. Staff are very friendly. We have stayed there several times in the past, the room was ordinary, had better rooms in the past. The pool tiles are loose and edging broken. Room 2301 shower needs plumbing updated, and general room renovation. Heavy smoke smell noted in Master bedroom aircon on occasions from other guests in another rooms are smoking, master aircons must be linked. Regular clients should be offered an upgrade or other Incentives. Nice pleasant stay overall.

    チェックインは二時間ほど遅れ用意が出来てないとのことでした。 部屋は広く　ジムも朝食もおいしかったです。 プールの水質は最悪でゴミが浮きまくっていました。

    - 대로변 안쪽 100미터 가량 들어가 있어 조용합니다. - 주변에 소규모 식당, 마사지 샵이 많습니다. - 조식 부페는 주로 서양식 위주이고 한국음식은 없습니다. - 호텔 자체가 좀 연식이 있어서 객실, 복도, 엘리베이터가 낡은 느낌입니다. - 프론트 서비스는 그냥 저냥 보통입니다. - 레지던스 컨셉이라 음식 조리가 가능합니다. - 객실이 워낙 넒고 화장실이 3개나 있습니다. - 성인 4명이 쓰기에 아주아주 좋습니다. - 가족보다는 친구가 더 나을수도 있습니다.

    Huge rooms, Great Views, old and dated

    The rooms are huge, the views are great, and the location is good, but the hotel is old and dated and in need of a refurbishment. The Food & Beverage options is poor and apart from a very overpriced room service menu there were no other information in the room about F&B outlets, and in fact there are no directory in the room about any of the facilities of the Pantip Suites, no stationary in the working desk, not even a pen or a notepad. I ended up opening my laptop and tried to navigate the poorly designed and slow responding website of Pantip Suites to see what F&B there was, the website indicated there was a bakery which was like a coffee shop, but when i went down to look for it, i was closed long ago and now a very small Italian restaurant was at the entrance. Paid Bht. 800 for a medium size Hawain pizza and a Cesar salad and a juice The TV's in the bed rooms are from about 20 years ago, and not much bigger then my laptop. There was though a larger LCD TV in the living room area. This could be a great hotel if they upgrade the and refurbish the entire property.

    Wat een gigantisch grote suites, 162 m2. Woonkamer, 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, kitchenette (zonder pannen e.d. overigens), nog een apart toilet en opbergruimte. Vanaf 26e verdieping magnifiek uitzicht over Bangkok. Prima ontbijt (buffetvorm). Hotel doet wel wat oudbollig aan, maar ach, als dat alles is.

    口コミ通り、部屋が大変広く子供達も満足して喜んでいました。ベッドルーム２つ、リビングダイニングの他にトイレは３つ、シャワーは２つあり、広々として、家具や水回りの古さもカバーできます。テレビはブラウン管でしたが日本語放送もありました。ホテルのプールも広くて良かったのですが水が下水の匂いがして、プールから出た後の髪は臭くなります。でも、リーズナブルな価格でこんなに広い部屋に泊まれて、このホテルを選んで良かったです。 一つ残念だったのは、宿泊前にホテルに、娘の誕生日が近いので、小さくていいから何かサプライズをお願いしたところ、了解したと返信をもらっていましたが、何もなく、最終日に尋ねると、何もできないと言われたことです。

    Have stayed at Pantip Suites about 10 times over the last 12-13 years. Love that the rooms are very spacious. Very nice staff that greeted us when we arrived. Also like the area. Very little change over the years. The pool area really needs an upgrade, so does the bathrooms. The whole hotel is due for a renovation.

    Very nice hotel with excellent Scenery down the CBD horizon, I stayed there plenty of times so I kept an extra bag secure for so long without complains. Reclaiming the bag was very easy, I was very excited finding items that I almost forgot I had. I initially came to the hotel with my deposit receipt to collect my 2000 baht deposit as I kept the deposit in the hotel since I returned on a regular basis, the new clerk had a hard time finding the deposit because its an old date, but the desk manager told me they will give me the deposit once they confirm the dates.
