Perfect Stay in Thong lo, Bangkok.

All simply perfect, from booking to check-out....great value, wonderful quiet location but so central, amazing rooms, staff, pool,etc etc and even breakfast was perfect.... What a most enjoyable stay in a first class establishment - Ian from England.

The staff were amazing! The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was great! Awesome pizza and pasta. The room was huge and clean! The pool was a good size and a nice, chill area to hang out. Would recommend staying here.

직원들은 모두 친절하고 문제를 해결해주기 위해 노력하여 좋았습니다. 숙소 위치도 근처에 편의 시설들이 가깝고 조용하고 안전합니다. 지하철역까지 거리가 좀 있지만 호텔 전용 툭툭으로 이동할 수 있어서 문제가 되진 않았습니다. 그러나. -에어콘 곰팡이 냄새 심함. 습도조절 안됨. (조치 요청에 데톨스프레이를 왕창뿌려주고 감) -다른방 확인 후 확실히 더 나은 상태라 옮겼음 옮긴 방은 냄새도 덜하고 확실히 더 뽀송해짐. 그러나 이번엔 욕조의 물빠짐이 문제였음. -발밑에 물이 차고, 샤워커튼 없고 아무튼 물이 고이거나 넘쳐 물바다가 되는 그런환경임... -수영장에 아랍권애들이 다이빙하고 난리를 치는데 말리는보호자도 직원도 없음. 다른 투숙객에게 피해를 주는데 안전은 둘째치고 지키고 있는 사람조차 없음. 직원들 진짜 친절하고 룸 클리닝 해주시는분도 수건, 물 잘 넣어주시고 주방시설도 문제 없고 벌레 하나도 없어서 괜찮았는데.. 몇 가지 문제가 반복적으로 쾌적한 투숙에 방해가 되면서 실망스러웠음. 투숙시 뭔가 불편하시다면 곧바로 직원들에게 말하고 요청하셔서 조치 받으시길 바랍니다. 그리고 꼭 샤워기필터 챙겨가세요. (저희는 늦게 도착하고, 나가있는 시간이 많아서 말할 타이밍을 놓쳐 불편을 오래겪은 후 결국 옮겼습니다.)

Very nice place to stay. Room was great. Very comfortable and spacious. Helpful staff. Would stay there again. Only real issue (minor) was in the bathroom they could do with a shower screen and raising the height of the shower head. Not great for tall people and the water goes all over the floor.

最悪‼️

3部屋予約して全て同じ値段だったのに1部屋だけ違うタイプの部屋で浴槽もなくベランダもなかった。 別の部屋はテレビも映らずシャワーからお湯が出なくて流れも水圧も弱い。 またスリッパが使い回しで不潔で交換を頼んだら違う使い回しのスリッパがきまきた。 このホテルは2度と予約しません。
