This hotel is in a great location, the staff was friendly and the food was great. The hotel could use some updating in the hallway carpet, painting, and the refreshing of rooms that are listed as non-smoking.

Value for money hotel if you want to stay closer to Pratunam market or Silom in Bangkok. Good street food options around. However, the public transportation can be a pain if you want to hit the more popular locations in Sukhumvit.

Overall the hotel is very good. There are issues with noise from the busy road outside. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. If you are intending to visit the palace or temples from this hotel I suggest using the river ferry which cost 16 bath one-way.
