Although the Lohas Residence does show some age, the facility was very clean, staff was present and helpful, and the rooms were comfy. The daily cleaning and amenities were great, making our stay comfy. I would recommend Lohas to others and the location is convenient as well.

All the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly the bedroom was clean i asked for a quiet room it was really quiet the restaurant was so clean they do a really good breakfast and a selection of good meals after 11am this is my favourite hotel in Bangkok

The reception Staff were extremely kind and caring. They were always ready to answer questions or help us with whatever needs that we may have. Close proximity to parks, malls and Metro making it very convenient. There were plenty of food choices within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable each day. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The garden terrace and pool are quite nice and the exercise room was spacious. Would definitely come back and stay at this property again in the future.

Returning guest to my favorite hotel when staying in Bangkok. Excellent hotel in great location in quieter part of Soi 4: main entrance is towards southern end of Soi 2 with a back entrance to southern end of Soi 4. It’s a short walk to Benchakitti park, or Nana Plaza and BTS stations. Soi 4 has a very good range of restaurants, bars and adult entertainment, plus other areas of interest are within walking distance. I stayed for 5 nights in a Deluxe Suite, which had everything I wanted, plus the room was spacious with a big comfortable bed. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and there is a very good travel and transport service available in the lobby.

My favourite hotel when staying in Bangkok

Returning guest to my favorite hotel when staying in Bangkok and I stay here as often as I can. Staff are very friendly, eager to help and remember me from my previous visits, which is appreciated. Excellent hotel in great location in quieter part of Soi 4: main entrance is towards southern end of Soi 2 with a back entrance to southern end of Soi 4. Cockroaches were everywhere for our entire stay. We let the staff know and they sprayed our room with bug spray so we were breathing and smelling that the whole trip. It didn't stop them so everyday we had to kill many cockroaches. The air conditioner was also very old so it was on full blast but it never made the room cold and was very loud. The water in the shower wouldnt stay hot for more than a minute at a time so water was hot then cold every day. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere until a major renovation is done here. Staff was kind and pleasant however.

Solo traveler

Staff was very friendly and approachable. They are ready to give you the best service that they can. Even though the hotel was a bit far you can take the tuktuk service to ploenchit center where the nearest bts is close by. You can also call the hotel to get picked up there no need to book a ride before hand, you can get the service any time. Taxi service for the airport is also convenient.(this one you need to book in advance) The hotel is very dated though I think the air conditioning needs an upgrade I had the temperature at 17 in full blast and I would still be hot. The washing machine would shake making a noise when using it, I had to put something under it so it won't disturb other guests...
