Our airplane had a mechanical failure which resulted in us arriving a day late. I emailed the property more than 24 hours prior to our scheduled arrival and they acknowledged receipt. Expedia said they contacted the property and the property refused to give us a refund for that missed day. We paid for an entire night that we did not spend at this hotel and the reason the hotel refused to refund the money was because of "policy." The hotel property was full of trash and the pool drained, the hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade or remodel, everything looks right out of the 1970s. As is usual in Thailand, the staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly and attentive to our every need and request.

No pool, just a pond :(
There is no usable pool! :( a group of us booked this hotel on the fact it had parking and a pool. At check in I asked what level the pool is on, the lady said 8th floor. We searched the whole of the hotel and couldn’t find a pool. Went back to reception, a guy led us out the back and to a dark, unlit, dirty ‘pond’, and then walked off. This was the pool. It hasn’t been cleaned for a year- no filters or pumps running, even think there was fish in there. We went to complain and they just replied ‘covid’. This ruined our plans, hotels.com were contacted and didn’t seem to care. The room was good, clean, comfortable and of a good size. But, we booked it on having a pool, very annoyed at this :(

The location is a bit inconvenient, far back on a Soi off Sukumvit road, but it is a nice hotel. Breakfast, service and the room were generally excellent, but there was some unrepaired water damage to the floor. The restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner and there is no bar.

Convenient, clean and quiet hotel
Lily Residence is a small, clean hotel and is conveniently located on a quiet street just off Sukhumvit Road. Just a short walk to Udom Suk BTS station from where one can access trains to the downtown Sukhumvit area. A short taxi ride to Central Plaza, Paradise & Seacom Shopping centres where there are plenty of restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly and any request we made was promptly dealt with. Good value and we would recommend this hotel to others. Will definitely stay at Lily Residence when visiting Bangkok again.

This area is pretty secluded one and one can easily talk with themselves.. Rooms were really OK.. and reception staff Ying and khao was superb and very helpful with excellent communication skill.. if i want to remain within me then I will take this hotel again else I will not..

Good room. The restaurant is not open in the evening but there are plenty of options in the neighborhood. No kettle.

Good for business people who want privacy,
No hassle. Modern rooms, spotlessly clean, open view from balcony. Helpful, professional and accomodating staff. Not far from BKK Suvarnabhumi Airport ... but far from BKK Don Muang. Easy access to city train. Close to Carrefour 10bahts (or usd30cts). Not far from Mega Banga Mall & Ikea. There is a 7-11 convenience stall 500metres at the mouth of the street.

Ok. Reasonably priced option. This was our second or third stay because my family lives nearby. This time though the drain in our bathroom had a rather bad smell which was unfortunate. The bed was also quite hard. But staff are nice and friendly and it's a good lower priced option.

Great Bangkok find
The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to be helpful. The overall experience was superb (the guy serving the breakfast could do to smile occasionally!) with friendly staff and very comfortable room. The bathroom was clean and new. Overall, I would rate this as a great place to stay. It is advisable to print off and map to find the place in a taxi. And highlight that it is Number 68... we took a while to find the right street. :-)

Convenient hotel for Sukhumvit area and nice staff
The hotel has decent spacious rooms and friendly helpful staff. I enjoyed the Thai breakfast options there. The pool is nice and was always deserted so good to have a swim in. Could do with restaurant opening later but there are plenty of decent cheap food options nearby. Gym could do with more stuff in it. Only grumble was the laundry price - way too high for Thailand in a serviced apartment

Hotel close to BST
Spent 4 days here at the beginning of May 2015. Pleasant hotel with nice all-you-can eat breakfast, very nice, helpful staff, pleasant swimming pool.

Nice Hotel at a good location
The hotel was clean maintained. The location and the hotel staff were great. The pool was also nice, however the fitness room and breakfast were very disappointing. The so called fitness center only had an eliptical a cycling machine in a very tiny room. The breakfast barely had any options and could be compared to a 2 star hotel breakfast.

Quiet in Bangkok
Very quiet hotel and neighbourhood at the edge of Sukhmavit. Only drawback was that the restaurant/room service stopped at 2pm. Had a lovely 1 bedroom suite at a very reasonable price.

Das Hotel ist sauber, sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, Überholung bedürftig, aber Preis/Leistung sehr gut. BTS in der Nähe, deshalb sehr schnell überall.

一人旅で利用しました。 ホテルのスタッフは親切でフレンドリーで対応はとても良かったです！ 設備は少し古いですが価格の割に広く清潔に保たれておりまったく問題ありません。 シャワーの水圧も良好です。 部屋も毎日綺麗に清掃してくれます。 ウドムスック駅から歩いて7分くらいの場所にあります。 夜ホテル前の通りは暗いが特に治安は悪く感じなかった。

Second time reserve Lily residence
“Welcome Back ” When I just enter the lobby, I hear this first. So sweet! This is my second time reserve Lily residence. Thanks for remembering me. Service is good, everyone smile at you. The room price isn’t expensive. Room is big, clean, fully-equipped. Near BTS station (Udom Suk) is around 5mins by walk There are restaurants, coffee shops, massages near Udom suk station. If you have exhibition in the BITEC, please must reserve here. Lily will pick up you to BITEC in the morning. How is convenience for business persons. By the way, the good coffee store (La Mesa Coffee Co.) in front of hotel. Please must try Pumpkin Spice Latte. Its yummy.

We do enjoy our stay there. Quiet environment, easy & convenient transportation, friendly & helpful staff, free shuttle to BITEC...We'd definitely choose Lily for next exhibition in BITEC!
