A bit dated but that’s ok great staff Sam on the main desk when i asked for a late check out was very helpful let me stay in the room till 1pm at no extra charge absolutely fantastic breakfast from fresh fruits to the fried eggs nothing was a problem really grateful that i found such a fantastic hotel in the heart of bangkok

This hotel was NOT what was in the photos on their website. When we stepped off the elevator, you could smell mold. Once we entered the room, it was huge but it was disgusting. Dirty doors, light switches, mold everywhere. But the biggest kicker was the roaches…

This is not a four star hotel and it didn’t seem like it just been renovated as advertised. I got a king bedroom which is look like an old condominium. There are other permanent tenants lives there as well. The room is old and in poor condition. Not clean and utility weren’t working properly.the price won’t cheap. I won’t go back there for sure.

Overall this was a disappointing stay. Like other guests, I was “upgraded” because the room I booked wasn’t available. This meant I was in a different building behind the hotel. While the room itself was enormous, the overall condition was not impressive. The building and rooms might have been great 10 or 15 years ago, but they are definitely used and tired now. Some peeling wallpaper, little moths/flies randomly in the room, and I did kill two little cockroaches during my stay. I get that Bangkok is hot and humid and bugs are a way of life, but it just added to the disappointment. The workers were polite, but most were just that. If all you’re looking to do is sleep and shower there are worse options. Wouldn’t spend time hanging out here, though.

Disappointing
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It is very worn down and in desperate need of deep cleaning. I had to change rooms after my first room was crawling with ants (including on the bed). The second room had other assorted bugs but was overall less buggy- I was told there would be a deep cleaning but that never happened. Lots of dust, dirt, and mold in the shower. The air conditioner was very loud, and there was no hot water in the shower my last two days. Rooms are NOT like the photos on hotels.com or google. The staff were quick to change my room after the bugs, but overall, I found the staff to be very short-tempered and not incredibly welcoming or helpful. I don't understand how this hotel chain can have multiple hotels based on this experience.

I stayed in a family room. It is another building not connect to the main building . The main lobby looks nice however the 2nd building where the family room located is very old and small alley when we walk to the 2nd building it smell very bad . Room is good size, beds were comfortable but carpet and the room is very old. both gym and pool were closed when we were there. For what we paid ,I think you can find Better option.not recommend for family .

KIngston Suites Bangkok
Kingston Hotel Group actually own and manages seven properties, all located in prime locations in the Sukhumvit district of Bangkok. Kingston Suites and Euro Classic Condos are both beautiful classic European style buildings. Rooms have high ceilings and fully furnished with 2 Flat screen smart TV's 32" and 40". I stay in the 1 bdrm and enjoy the small kitchen and spacious living area, reliable internet connection, dining set and central location. All set in a quiet location with 24 hour security and daily housekeeping service. The entire staff are all great ! Always pleasant, helpful and gracious. Mr Best at the front desk even took the time to give me a courtesy call when I was a no-show on my pre-booking date of arrival. As a part-time resident in Bangkok I always look forward to returning to Kingston Suites as my home away from home in Bangkok.

The staff were lovely and very helpful as we had a problem with the ac in our first room & a smell of cigarette in the 2nd but the 3rd room was good. The classic rooms are older but clean and very big with a massive spa which we enjoyed. Breakfast was good but they don't tell you, that you can order omlettes/bacon etc at the counter. Its close to BTS & MRT so easy to go anywhere. A little disappointed as it said airport transfers were free but they are not included. I would stay here again.

Good location on the quiet side of soi 15. 👍 Clean hotel and rooms. 👍 Room climate control was excellent👍 Best part was the comfortable bed/mattress...not the typical thai hard mattress that the springs dig in you back. 🙏👍 Very helpful staff at the front dest, they switched my dates as requested whie we were waiting for a conformation from Hotel.com Will booked this hotel again soon. Location was good.. Breakfast was average as there was limited choices.. The hotel has an unusual smell like a mould odour or moisture smell ???? The cleaner failed to lock my room door after cleaning..Was left ajar all day.. Unbelievable ??

Good location, but not for first timers in the area. Rooms are spacious and staff is friendly. Hotel is old and really needs to be renovated. Room AC was broken, and the wall control panel was actually missing in the bedroom. My key card was able to open two other rooms (went into room next door by mistake, and after thay tried it on a friend's room and it worked)...made me worry about someone being able to come into my room.

Nice, little and quite hotel which is good for peace loving couples. But needs to improve breakfast for sure. I booked a deluxe king room but front desk officer tried to allocate a superior room which was quite unfortunate but later on they changed the room.

Incredibly helpful staff, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We received a free upgrade too, free taxi service to the sky train and local areas. Very comfortable bed! Perfect location for downtown Bangkok, terminal 21 shopping mall and art box night market.

The physical property is quite nice. It is an old building, which is evident in the nice craftsmanship and structure. For example, the materials used to build the building and finish the appointments is quite nice... very nice marbles and woodwork trim that has a flourish about it. On the downside, the wifi was useless to me due to problems logging on and availability. Additionally, my room was a bit noisy, being on the street side. (I did not have the presence of mind to ask for the "non-street" side.) Having mentioned the street, I will add here that the location of the hotel was indeed fine for my needs in Bangkok. The air-conditioning never really hit the button for me, even though the setting was at 19 degrees C (66 degrees F). The "king" bed was actually two doubles joined together. It was plenty wide, but the length was double length, which made it too short. It would be fine for someone less than 6 feet tall though. Another issue affecting my sleep was the quality of the pillows. They were too firm and a bit lumpy. The security guy downstairs was quite friendly and helpful, but the front desk staff was only so-so, in my opinion. It could be a much nicer hotel, given its physical plant and style.

large but humid room
We were disappointed with our 3 days stay in Oct 2019. The hotel is at least 10 min walk from MRT or BTS. The shuttle service was not available most of the time (we only catch it once during our 3 days stay). The room was very humid. We had to open the window even though it was so hot outside. It did not help much. We got some insect bites (not sure if there are bedbugs) during sleep and believe it was because of humidity). The hotel is dated but the room is super large. That is the reason I don't want to give it one or two stars.

Nice and quiet place. I always stay there. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast, not much choice but ok. One thing I have noticed is that they don’t change the slippers. Feels the same old dirty ones. Will recommend this hotel. Location is really good. You won’t regret.
