Horrible place to stay.
The most horrible place you can find. There is a discotheque bellow the hotel. It is not just noisy, even with noise cancelling headphones you can feel the basses. We needed to stay overnight for flight early morning. At 04:00am the show was still going on. The room is dirty with bugs, we found some dry excrements left next to the toilet door. Bedsheets were dirty and smelly. The receptionist tried to double bill us (we prepaid on the web), after some investigation late evening, the charge was refunded, nobody even apologized. We had another reservation at the same hotel a week after, luckily it was with a cancellation option.

Cockroaches galore
We booked a last minute stay for 2 nights, most other hotels were fully booked so we weren’t left with much choice. We found loads of cockroaches in our rooms - our friend’s room even had a cockroach nest in the bathroom. When we mentioned this to staff at the hotel they didn’t seem to care much and made an attempt to sweep away the nest but when we returned to the room there was still part of the nest there. We could see the eggs and small cockroaches moving. We asked for a refund for the night and weren’t allowed. Overall the room was okay, bed rock hard making for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. But otherwise fine.

Well there is a reason why we book so they ready for us ,but when we get there it not they scramble try to get a room for us which the room still hasn't clean ,dirty towels, dead cockroach on the floor.during our stay they only come and clean the room once that cuz we ask them a couple times.dont believe the picture on web complete opposite .place smell like piss ,disappointed .

Suitable for backpackers
Brilliant location on a budget to party on Khaosan road. Rooms are basic but suitable for backpackers. Yes it’s noisy but what do you expect on Khaosan Road.

Good enough hotel
The hotel is right in the heart of the Khao San Road but is fairly quiet from all the noise going on outside. The staff were very welcoming and the check-in process was good. I had to provide a deposit of 1000 baht for the key which was returned to me when I checked out. The room was of average quality but quite comfortable and the bathroom facilities were fine.

We had booked the hotel in advance from previous reviews - photos looked good but hotel is nothing like it very basic dark no windows & noisy outside although we had rooms at the back. Bathroom was aweful - would not recommend this to anyone!

Great location and clean hotel
Awesome place to stay and near all the action. The staff is cool and the place is kept well given its location. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be near all the bars and clubs. Its also convenient since we were able to run up to use the restroom any time we wanted. All the shops are located on the same street.

Nice hotel for short stay
First i must say the staff was very friendly. The hotel was currently under renovation and had a bad odor from the construction area. Its a nice budget hotel for short stay .

Restoration Work Ongoing
Don't arrive at this hotel thinking there is a restaurant or a roof garden. Considerable restoration work is ongoing. The lobby area is being extended to include shops and a restaurant and the roof garden does not exist. I believe this is going to be an additional bar and a restaurant. Had I not received a good daily rate and paid in advance I certainly would not be staying.

Right on top of the night life!
Probably not the best accommodation if you are a light sleeper. Very close to the pubs and clubs but we enjoyed being so close to the night life.

Good stay. Nice hotel, had a few repair works going on but they try hard not to get in your way and it's located in a great place but khao San road is an area which has a night life so expect loud music until 3am in the area and you can hear it slightly from the room. The beds are a little hard but good to sleep on, staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Perfect place to stay to party in Khao San Rd
The room was comfortable enough, as long as you intend to go out and party on Khao San Road. The room I had faced the street and was not so well insulated from the throbbing nightlife below. Not a problem for me, but might have been if I had to wake up early.

Great hotel but not for light sleepers
I stayed at the hotel for three days and I liked having access to the tour company in the hotel. The hotel staff (except for one person) were incredibly helpful during my stay. I was lucky enough to have a room on the upper floors so I didn't really hear the music from the street but I know other guests weren't that lucky. Great hotel, it's conveniently located on Khao San Road.

Nice hotel with nightlife steps away
This hotel was clean, comfortable, in a convenient location, and had very friendly staff. Short walk (20 mins) to all the major attractions in the old city. This hotel is perfect if you want to enjoy the night life on Khao San Road. The music stops between 2-4 am. If you're a light sleeper who wants to sleep when the music is playing, this is not the hotel for you. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location right on khaosan Road. Basic Room is fairly clean , no window except for a door that opens to a tiny balcony. (Door is half glass, lots of sunlight in the morning). Wifi could be much better, really unstable and weak signal. Overall worth the price!

Big rooms, very clean, directly on Khao San rd.
I arrived very late but the receptionist was wonderful and helpful. The room was ready, very clean and lots of space, lovely hot shower, nice big bed with clean white sheets. Balcony was a nice surprise. Located at the Burger King end of Khao San rd, couldn't be more convenient. Highly recommended for a reasonably-priced treat after months in rough beach bungalows!

Nice clean room, no frills.
In the heart of Khaosan Road, near to all the action. Friendly staff remembered me from my previous stay, helpful and happy. Simple clean room with a mini fridge, clean WC (western type) and a small colour TV. Aircon worked well, Linen was clean and fresh. Bed comfortable enough. Can be a bit noisy at night as Khaosan is an eternal party so ask for a room at the back of the building. An overall positive experience.

2nd time and probably last
It was my second time and I had pretty good memories of a clean tidy basic room. It was as I had remembered largely, but seemed pretty unappealing this time. My room would have been pretty quiet if it weren`t for a bird which must have one of the most annoying calls in the world- can't blame the hotel for that, although if I were manager I would have that bird moved. The TV, which I enjoyed watching on my last stay, was just standard channels and apart from the occasional movie in English there was nothing but news to watch in English, and the TV was tiny.I did wander over and have lunch at another place on Khaosan and the courtyard restaurant had a great relaxed friendly vibe so will probably stay there next time.

You get what u pay for!! Nothing fancy at all, actually below basic. Only two plugs in the wall 1 for the tv, and 1 for fridge. To charge your phone you pick the fridge or the tv :p But if you want to party it's in a good location to return home safe, right in front of the after party club, next to McDonald's and 7/11

Of course, if you choose to stay in Khao San Rd, you can't ecpect quiet environment and silent nights. But my room was opposite to the road and could rest good enough. A little bit poor breakfast. Annoying wi-fi: quite poor signal, had to login every time I got connected and the account expired every three days. Remember to carefully hold the deposit receipt: you won't receive the bht 1000 back if you can't exhibit it.

새벽에 도착해서 아침에 체크아웃하는 용도의 숙박용도. 에매너티는 당연 기대하면 안됨. 침대 딱딱함. 단지 잠을 싸게 자고 싶은 여행자에게는 맞을 수 있음. 옛날 낡은 여관 느낌. 알고서 이런용도로 이용을 했지만, 다시 이용할 생각은 없음.

毎日きれいに清掃してくれて、バスタオル2枚と水が補充してあった。広くてカオサン通りに面しており便利でよかった。夜通しクラブの音が聴こえるが、フェス会場にいるみたいで楽しめた。 ホテル下のマッサージ屋さんはクーラーが効いてて、マッサージの腕もよく毎日利用していた。総合的に満足な宿です。

カオサン通りの真ん中で場所はよかったですが、クラブが近くにあり夜中じゅううるさかったです。そしてシャワー浴びていたらゴキブリが何匹か出てきました。
