The hotel is located in a quiet road next to the main road, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the main road. This is a bit inconvenient if you are travelling with elderly or small children. However, the hotel offers shuttle bus to take the guests to the main road and it is available for 24 hours / 7 days.

Good value for money at The Jasmine Hotel
The Jasmine hotel offers excellent value for money. The hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide range of good quality food with both hot and cold selections. The staff are all helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay here again.

I liked everything about my stay. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in... the restaurant food was good. Can't think of any negative point.

the price is reasonable, breakfast is not bad. but the setting of room is not user friendly, no cabinet in the toilet, no conditioner for hair. too many chinese tours

Good choice for family travel.
Family with 2 children, very spacious room, 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms, cozy, quiet, clean. Breakfast is fair, not a lot of variety. Provide tuk tuk transfer to main road, shorten the distance to BTS station( Thong Lo) . Takes 6-8 minutes to walk. Skytrain ride to Siam takes 14 minutes, can take BTS to Phaya Thai and change to Airport Train, convenient. Welcome drink and snacks are good.

got free upgrade to suite. nice and new hotel. 24-hour free tuktuk to main street solved the location issue. staff were nice and helpful

The hotel staff were very accommodating. The location of the hotel was close to local bts mrt transportation. We had a wonderful experience in time spent in Bangkok

The air conditioner kept blowing out heads even we turned it to the fan #1. The angle of the wind direction is not good. The strong wind blows every place of the bed and we cant have a good sleep at all. Except this point, everything are good. :)

We loved the set-up of our room and enjoyed the pool and fitness facilities. Overall the property exceeded our expectations. Would love to stay here again when we’re back in Bangkok!

It's a new building but the amenities are poor here. I even had to ask for a box of tissues. It's like a serviced apartment but there is not even a folk! The air con is so loud and the room becomes hot if air con is completely switched off. The shower head is losely hanging there and water is spitting out from the hose and joint. No fix was done after I told the reception. Gym is alright but the pool is only fair. The worst part is the toilet smell in the hallway every evening. It's like someone had urinated in the air con system. The entire level smells disgusting, although luckily the room doesn't smell. Thong Lo BTS station is very close tho and this suburb is known for good eateries. Staff are friendly and welcoming but they are not very professional.

It is a brand new building. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stay there for four night everything was good. But, there are two nights we experienced electrical problem. The whole room electrical was been cut off few times and each time is few second. It is not a big issue and hope the hotel will further improve on this. Besides, the water in the standing bathroom drain slow.

Brand new hotel, but lacking the important details that would have made the stay great. I didn't expect hotel restaurant to be closed during my stay so I had to make the short trek to the main street to find food. This hotel could be so much better but the overall feeling is of a hotel that lacks the things that could make is a bit more cozy.

Comfortable stay for family
It is a new hotel. I like the design, cleanliness of the room. Suitable for families who appreciate some peace and quiet of the city. Nearest MRT IS Thong Lo station. There is a tut tut provided by the hotel to send us to the main road, the station is less than a 5min walk away. Alternatively, it is easy to travel by Grab. Whether I will come back again, it depends on the purpose of my travel. I will come back with family for a comfortable stay. For a solo or shopping trip with friends, I would opt for hotel within walking to Bangkok downtown.

We took a cab from the airport, and the concierge handled our luggage upon arrival. The check-in process was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. Our room, situated on the 18th floor, boasted a stunning view of the city skyline and was spacious and well-kept. The bathroom was spotless, and we appreciated the convenience of the small kitchenette with a washer/dryer. The pool and gym area on the 9th floor were convenient, although the flooring was a bit slippery when wet. However, the pool area provided ample shade after lunchtime, which was perfect for avoiding sunburn. It was generally not too crowded and offered excellent views of the skyline. Breakfast offered a delightful mix of local and international dishes, with a particularly impressive selection of fruits, although the weather was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. On our departure day, the concierge arranged a taxi for us, making our transition seamless. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

シャトルバスがあるが、徒歩だと駅から10分かかる。宿泊費を考えると我慢できる範囲かなとは思う。毎日の清掃は丁寧。日本のTVが故障なのか2チャンネルしか映らなかった。部屋に洗濯機があり便利だが部屋干しに苦労する。ハンガーも外せない。価格を考えると次回の利用も有かな。
