The hotel is very new and has a wonderful design. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly. As it was my birthday, the room was furnished with birthday balloons and a birthday pancake was presented to me at breakfast.

Great hotel and service, let down by hotels.com

Hotel is lovely, staff are excellent. Bar at the top of the hotel is stunning. Unfortunately, Hotels.com let us down as we are a family of 4, x2 adults, x2 children (15 & 11 years). The room was not big enough for 4 people and the bed certainly was not. The hotel told us the room is only for 2 adults, and that hotels.com have mis-sold. It meant the holiday was bitter-sweet.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel and we had a terrible experience. The hallways smelled like mildew, seems like they had a water issue. Housekeeping does NOT change your sheets for clean ones, they put the same one back on. Housekeeping also stole $500 from inside my book bag, we contacted management, they came to our room, wrote down the details and took pictures. We were advised that they were going to investigate and get back to us. After this, the staff in the hotel were noticeably different with us, wouldn't look at us or greet us anymore. The next day, management slipped an envelope under our door, didn't even knock/call, the letter stated that they were not able to locate the money(which we figured) but that was basically it! No personal talk, no type of credit towards our stay, no upgrade, no discount. So unprofessional, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The breakfast was not nice, not much choices! Pillow is too soft. Plus point got coffee machine inside the room.The lobby was too small like a 3 star. We wanted to booked intercontinental Bangkok which looks and feels so much grand and luxury but clicked wrongly so ended here.
