Terrible noisy construction site
Whilst the room was ok there was constant drilling, hammering and other building constructing going on all day. No mention of this construction when I booked. No discount or refund for inconvenience just a promise I could rent one of the new rooms when they are finished. Wow really poor customer service

My Bkk Home
My stay at your Hotel is always top notch. Ive told many that its my place of choice while in Bkk. There are 1000s of hotel in area but none will ever take the place in In Residence/Radisson. Staff is unmatchable.. ( Ms Little, T. Sakkate and Ms Rain at front lobby are all like family)

Great Stay in BKK
We had three nights at this hotel. It was in a great location - down the street from Art Box (Hip Night Market) and was close to transit. Didn't make use of all of the amenities but what was offered was great. (Pool, spa, shuttles to near by locations / pickups) The bed was very comfy! Would stay here again next time we are in BKK for sure.

First meal upon arrival at hotel, we found a small cockroach in our salat. Meals and drinks were not changed. First room they assigned, the air in the room was damp.? Signed of dammage by water or himidiy in the room was evident. Gyps wall were smollen, gyps redone around central air conditioning vent, grey srains on white paint showing signs of moldong. The air was damp in the room to a point that even the bed covers and sheets were damp. We requested immediately to get another room, which the hotel management agreed to. The second room was in better condition. The air was less damp and there was no sign of humidity damage on the walls or on the paint.

We never had Wifi in the room. I could not have a conference, and I had to pay extra for network. But overall the location and cleanliness was good for the price.

Worth the stay!
Went with my 21mth old girl! Staffs were very helpful. The hotel has shuttle service to nearby places like Nana station and Terminal 21. Great service!

II ordered airport shuttle taxi since I had a late midnight flight arrival. My flight had a delay of over an hour and yet the driver was waiting for me very patiently upon my arrival which I really appreciate. Very spacious hotel rooms with own kitchenette. Great location near Terminal 21 and major sightseeings. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Very good value for money in my opinion. Overall had an enjoyable experience here and will recommend this hotel. Tip: Better not wait for staff to get you taxi, as this may take very long. Outside the hotel, it's usually very easy to catch cab anyway.

The room interior was a bit dated and not as nice as I thought from the pictures, but we were given a free upgrade and the suite was spacious with separate dining and living area. Impressive variety of food for breakfast and some made-to-order options too. Dishes change daily. The pool truly is that weird red, I don't know who chose it but it's just the tile. Poolside bar seems to have limited hours. Good location but if you're taking the train, come from the south (Nana), it can be quite confusing walking from Makkasan.

True quality 4 star hotel.
Good quality 4 star hotel with spacious rooms (1 bedroom suite). Clean swimming pool and jacuzzi with poolside bar. Gym and onsite Thai massage. Excellent breakfast hot and cold buffet with western and Asian breakfast choice with fresh fruits. Polite and courteous staff throughout the hotel with an on demand free shuttle to Nana station and surrounding areas until 11 pm. True quality 4 star hotel..

It was a very nice stay. Location is great. Clean room, comfy bed. They have a free shuttle service (Pick & Drop) to Terminal 21, Bamrungrad Hospital, BTS (Asok & Nana). Staff was nice and friendly.

This Hotel is a gem in Bangkok
My regular and favorite Hotel in Bangkok. I have been coming here for many years and it is now my home from home in Bangkok. I was last here in February and walked through the door in September like I had been gone for one week . Staff are really excellent friendly, actually making a real effort to ensure that you are comfortable and feel very welcome. I was upgraded automatically as I guess I have been a regular, over many years. Breakfast was excellent I slept very well. Great Hotel great team.

When I came to check in they said the room was not ready but they did make allowances to put me in another room without delay. The staff and the chicken was quite pleasant. The breakfast service was amazing and quite tasty.

Disappointing Radisson
We had a dirty room when we checed in and we have to be changed to another room. Receptionist wasn’t helpful neither friendly so i had to speak to the manager. Not what you would expect for a Radisson Hotel!! I would recommend people to stay for the same price in a different hotel.

Thanks for the upgrade. Big room. Could be a bit cleaner though (Stains of glasses on the table etc) Friendly service. Nice pool. Reachable from international airport by train and skytrain to Nana station (~90 Bath total) and a 6 min walk. Continue walking and cross over to the left parallel street for some restaurants and bars.

Good location, spacious room and well kept hotel.
We arrived past midnight and the reviews posted are correct, you should tell the cab driver Radisson in Soi 13 rather than In Residence. Checkin was fast and efficient, we were upgraded from studio to 1 bedroom suite which was a very nice gesture and very much appreciated. We booked for a discounted buffet breakfast but the next day we were told by the dining attendant there was no booking and we had to pay the walk in rate. We decided not to avail but later found out on the view billing from the TV that the 2 buffet breakfast was charged. Called the front desk and was told this cannot be cancelled but after consulting with his manager, this was eventually sorted out. The place is nice, it's between Nana and Asok station, with free hotel tuktuk service to the stations. Room is clean and big, beds are comfortable, living room is spacious with lots of seating areas, with separate dining table and with microwave that most hotels don't have. The room is cleaned well everyday and most of the attendants are helpful and very polite. We had a bit of an incident on our 3rd day when we asked the hotel staff to help us get a taxi to church only to find out he got us a driver who demanded 200 Baht (no meter), we expected the attendant to protect us from these drivers but instead he negotiated against us. We ended up flagging a taxi outside and spent 60 Baht. Other than that, I think I'm going to stay in this hotel again.

They gave us a free upgrade to an awesome, large suite. The wifi was great and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel is beautiful. A little hard to find because it is actually the Radisson.
