Excellent location attached to Asok sky train station and T21 shopping mall. Spacious gym and pool area. Wonderful view of the Bangkok skyline. The only problem we had was a light in the room entryway with no off switch (we tried every switch we could find), i eventually had to unscrew the light bulb at 2am to try and get some sleep. Wish I'd thought of it a few hours earlier.

Great looking luxury hotel, and connected to the mall through convenient access (which means a large variety of food options). The hotel itself is lovely, clean, modern, spacious, and well designed. Staff are prompt, friendly, and very accommodating of our particular needs. Absolutely will come again.

It's a very nice hotel next to a very big shopping mall and MRT Station. I like the convenience for shopping and dining. The welcome drink for Expedia member is a pleasant surprise to me. I also enjoyed the big windows design in my room which provided me wonderful view of the city.

Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Bangkok. Fantastic hotel, direct access to the mall for hotter days, and most helpful, a BTS station practically attached to the property. Staff are extremely friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent location and bang for the bucks! I was comparing multiple 5 star hotels at Bangkok. Overall, this hotel strikes the best balance between convenience, value, and locations. This hotel is at the connecting transfers between 2 major metros (MRT and SkyTrain), which makes it super convenient to hop onto multiple train systems within a couple of mins of walk. The hotel is also connected to a major mall which offers rich options of food choices. In terms of value, this hotel is among the cheapest among of the major 5 star hotels. It also has a good sized swimming pool, well equipped gym, tennis courts, and spa. Each room is very comfortable with ample storage space and minimalist design. The only minor drawback is the service. I find staff tend to be more attentive in other 5 star hotels, and other hotels tend to offer night time turn down services. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value at an unbeatable location. Highly recommend.

Hotel is comfortable and clean it allows very easy to skytrain and MRT. It is connected to a very nice mall with dozens of choices of restaurants. Views from the rooms are very nice. The amenities are very good. This hotel is the most service oriented hotel with the most service oriented staff of any of the many dozen hotel stays my wife and I have had anywhere in the world.

Hotel room needs renovation room is three star looking not as five. Staffs r not friendly, tiny room and dirty. Bath water cannot make adjustment cold then hot when showing the room has thin cheap blind cover not curtain makes too bright during night and early morning hard to sleep I’m sure not consideration to stay at this hotel again below three star

The hotel is nicely located by the shopping centre and BTS Skytrain. The staff is really nice and eager to help. The room we, we were staying, had a nice view. The breakfast was ok, but i would preferred more continental options.

😃 Convenient location. Good breakfast. 😞 No face towel. Bedroom slipper quality pathetic. It’s the little things that make a great hotel. Just felt the property didn’t quite live up to its 5* rating.
