CONFUSING

Everything was fine until the morning when I had to check out and leave for my flight in Penang airport. The tire of my rental car was knifed and I had to spend 20 minutes replacing it. The road fronting the hotel is so confusing that cars go in both directions.

A really good budget hotel.

Air-conditioner is a bit old and as such, at current temperatures experienced there, comfort is compromised. The rest about the establishment was averagely satisfactory.

Good hotel for a break between KL and Thailand

Comfortable clean rooms reasonably priced. Very good shower. Good value if you need somewhere to stay when travelling between KL and Thailand. Parking is free if you leave before 9.00am, otherwise you need to buy a parking coupon. Included breakfast very basic.

Generally OK except for a few issues

Everything about the hotel was generally quite good - friendly staff and clean environment. But if prefer to use the lift, you may face some inconvenience as it was out of order during my stay. As for the room, the bed is a little too firm for my liking and the A/C compressor was quite noisy throughout the night. Something worth noting is the on-street parking - you will need to purchase and display parking coupons during office hours from Sundays to Thursdays.

Overprice for a budget hotel

Not a good budget hotel. Overprice..rm 120 plus for 1 nite kig bedsize despite early bookin..simple basic things like toiletries..extra towel..selippars inthe room ALL are NOT AVAILABLE...these simple but basic things is compulsary for a hotel...pls to owner,with the price of the room,u cant afford not to hv all the basic necessaties.its not clean properly also..i stayed 2 nitw..on the first nite blackout no eletricity for 2 hours..i was not reimbursed with late check out..inconsiderate..toilet got urine stain the first day i came...u lucky i m too tired when i arrive to make a complaint/fuss...parking HV TO PAY BUT NOT STATED IN THE BOOKING WEBSITE!as compared to their rival hotel (k garden hotel which situated next to it,better stay in k garden-MUCH cheaper n fully equipped)
