This was a good hotel. The bed was very hard and they only give you two water bottle for free no matter how long you are staying. We ended up walking to the gas station nearby and bought a pack of waters. The shower was broken when arrived (rain shower portion shot water at the ceiling). They came up promptly to fix it but only patched it up. It still shot water at the ceiling but much less. enough went through the shower head for it to be useable. The location was conveniently close to our excursion meet ups so we didnt get stuck in traffic but there is no convenient metro in walking distance so you have to use grab to go anywhere.

Great room. Massive. Bathroom lighting not very bright though. Parts of the building are very tired. The pool area especially. Tape over the cracks in pool glass walls etc. This place has some of the nicest, most helpful staff I’ve ever come across.

1…. Receptionist lied to me upon checking in saying No double rooms available… After saying I wished to cancel a Double room appeared. 2…..No bar open 3…. No restaurant open 4…. No spa open 5…. No Buffet breakfast …. 4 cardboard containers delivered to your room door. 6…. Advertised “ Cable TV” Nothing faintly English or American, All Thai or Chinese 7…… The in room safe not bolted down, I picked it up off the wardrobe floor!!!! Crazy.

Mainly hotel meant for overnight Chinese tourists
Hotel is meant for Chinese tourist coming in load of buses. Very noisy even past midnight Location is far from city, expect to use taxi/grab as no shuttle service being provided Breakfast is too crowded with overnight packed tourists and spread of breakfast very limited cater for Chinese. I have stayed in so many hotels of very high standard to normal and this hotel should only 3 star instead of 4star.

Honestly check in was okay of course their was a language barrier but I’ll survive. When i entered my room i instantly needed to check on my children the WiFi was horrible being one of my children were super sick it felt horrible not being able to communicate. Then i slept horrible the bed was so hard it was beyond unbearable. Overall i wouldn’t stay here ever again! And when i asked front desk for another WiFi they hung up on me i guess because they didn’t understand. The pool was poorly maintained as well looked green.

Staff are lovely, as is the pool area. However breakfast was poor and very cold. We were disappointed with this. Also disappointed that expedia said this hotel had a free airport shuttle to find out after we booked that this was only for the nearest BTS Station and there was a large charge for transfers.

had to pay extra 120b for two bottle of water from fridg as I was given two small bottle of water for two people for two day as you are aware you have to use bottle water for cleaning your teeth this is not good enough for a 4 star hotel sorry but no I will not stay there again as I will be in Bangkok in april I will look else were regards rob

Value for money but some issues. Staff have very limited English. Breakfast was fine but for lunch and dinner choice is very limited and service poor. The cafe only serves coffee tea and some cold drinks but no food. Gym equipment needed servicing. You'll need to rely on taxis for transport as no close mass transport.

Initially this hotel seemed a little out of the way but once I discovered the sky train and the river boat these were only a short taxi ride away and the best way to negotiate the main tourist attractions of Bangkok. Staff were friendly but only a few had reasonable English. The hotel caters mostly to large groups from China so this is probably the reason. The breakfasts were stunning but a bit much for me. The hotel restaurant is not well patronised but I don't understand why, it was really good. Bed was a little hard and very much just a nice hotel room you would find anywhere in the world. Lacking those little touches which I enjoyed on my previous trip to Thailand. A good stay though and a good location for someone like me who wanted to do all the touristy things. A bit out of the way if you want the night life right on your doorstep.

i could not find anything wrong
The best hotel i ever been to, period. it was mas girlfriend birthday and she love it too. The pool, the view were really romantic and relax. In addition the breakfast was amazing.

New Clean Hotel
The stay was trouble free. The hotel staff was so concerned, helpful and well behaved. The Assistant Front Office Manager Ms.Arinya was very helpful and courteous and took personal interest in guests well being. Over all experience was excellent. However, breakfast was not 4 Star standard and location is also away from main attractions.But the free shuttle partly serves the purpose however on way back taxi is a better option.

Don't be tricked by the complimentary shuttle
The complimentary shuttle operates only from 10am-1pm in one direction. We got stuck in major jam for almost an hour when we took the shuttle at 10am. The breakfast, as what others have mentioned, was horrible. A few dishes looked like they have been re-cooked and were leftovers from a few days. Although the concierge were very helpful, the moment I mentioned a cheaper option, it almost seemed like all the services they provided were NIL. Only John, the concierge continued to be helpful and provided information. It is a pity that the hotel room is very nice but breakfast and other staff were not. Fortunately, we got a discount on hotels.com Frankly, for their usual rates, it is NOT worth your money!

Nice hotel ,not so great location
The hotel is excellent ,very new ,comfortable beds,spacious rooms. The food was also very good and quite reasonably priced. Downsides: its in phram 3 ,which isn't a great location for getting around.I know Bangkok well (lived there for 5 years)if I was a newbie taking a holiday ,then I would find this location difficult.The traffic in the area is bad ,especially around Asiatique (which is fast becoming a major attraction)its a 5 minute taxi to the closest sky train station ,so you will have to rely on taxi drivers ,which is never a good thing . Rwmeber to take the hotel card out with you ,so you have some chance of easily finding the place again! Another problem -The staff really need to improve their English language ,it can be hard to communicate. At breakfast it took 5 minutes to explain I wanted bacon ,not ham and became infuriating! In summing up : Really nice hotel ,amazing views of the river and city ,great price ,but not for everyone .

New Hotel With Big Potential
This hotel is relatively new and can be seen from its facade, facilities and amenities. The carpeting and draperies are fresh and not worn out. Firstly, the staffs are friendly and are always available to help. Requests for tissues, assistance to call delivery service and taxis were promptly done. For the room itself, reflects modern contemporary design with spacious bed, big flatscreen tv and spacious bathroom. Safe and bathrobes/slippers are available in the cupboard. The hotel is also easily located at it is situated by the main road and due to the tall structure, can be seen from distant away.

Very good hotel but cabbies have never heard of it
Positives: The hotel is new and it shows. Generally the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. The concierge desk was particularly helpful with our needs, even talking to a tour operator, that we'd booked independently, to obtain tour pickup information for us. Negatives: We had to leave the hotel at 4am in oder to catch an early morning flight. When I talked to a desk clerk the night before she asked if we'd like sandwiches made up for breakfast to take with us. The following morning the sandwiches were at the desk but, during the conversation with the clerk on duty they disappeared. Presumably he put them behind the counter instead of giving them to us. Being we were in a hurry and they were now out of sight we forgot about them and consequently missed breakfast. The only other thing was a consequence of the hotel being so new and nothing to do with the hotel itself. Neither taxi drivers nor the dispatchers had heard of it or knew where it was. The drivers looked at the map the concierge had given us, would turn it every which way, and then shrug their shoulders. Those with some smarts called the hotel for directions. Eventually we learned to tell them to take Silom and then south on Surasak. That takes one directly to the hotel though many cab drivers didn't seem to like us giving them directions. Overall I would recommend the hotel AND that you buy a map of Greater Bangkok to help the cab drivers out.

Not central but fantastic place to stay
We stayed for two nights after landing in bkk, the taxi was about 350bt from the airport, we'd recommend that you grab a map and make sure you have the hotels contact number, this is mainly due to the hotel being so new, the manager said they'd only been open 3 months. The staff are so helpful, they couldn't be any better. The room was immaculate, the pool was just what we needed after a long flight. Excellent hotel, we would definately stay again.

Quiet location far away from the most touristy areas of the city, easy to travel too and from with taxi. Two convenience stores within 2 minute walking distance. Several street food options and a small local market. Amazing view from the upper floors. Cleaning is ok, nothing stands out as dirty, but could be better. The hotel is very worn, water marks in the ceiling and on the carpet, scratched doors and floors. No hot water most of the day, shower head wouldnt stay in one position and was leaky. Atleast the bathroom had a tub and a seoarate shower, so you could choose where to get frosty. Great staff, helpful and smiling. 2000 baht deposit so bring cash to check in. You get it back when you leave. Dont choose this hotel if you think its going to look like the photos or if you're picky about the above stuff. Do choose this hotel if you want a stunning view while resting and wont be staying much in the room anyways.
