A joyous trip
There was a misunderstanding when we first arrived, however the matter was resolved as soon as possible which my mum and I respected. The neighbourhood is not exactly on the friendly side nevertheless there were great sidewalk restuarants which served delicious meals and also the building is situated near a mall(cosmo bazaar) and impact arena. All in all, it was an amazing trip. :)

インパクトアリーナ敷地まで徒歩でアクセス可能。
今回、インパクトアリーナへのイベント参加の為に連泊させていただきました。 荷物が多かったせいもあり、ドンムアン空港からタクシーでの直接アクセス。観光地ではないので、無事に辿り着く為にはタクシー運転手とのコミュニケーションが大事です。部屋によってビルが変わってくるようですが、付近のランドマークやビルNo.を事前に確認し、Googleマップ等のナビを使用することをオススメします。位置情報や詳細は予約後に送られてきます。 今回利用させていただいたお部屋にはテレビ・電子レンジ・大きめ冷蔵庫・湯沸かしポット・簡単な食器類・クーラー・ハンガーなど必要なものは備え付けられていました。 バスタオルとドライヤーも事前にリクエストしていたので用意がありました。部屋のWiFiもしっかり飛んでいます。 予約したお部屋は、ビルの外観からは想像できないくらい広くて綺麗に内装されたお部屋でした。ほぼ写真通りです。 ですが、土地柄やビルの古さからか小さな虫が現れるので苦手な方は注意。 洗面台＋トイレと同じ空間にあるシャワーは仕切りもなく狭めですが、お湯もしっかり出ますしシャンプー・ボディソープもあり。水圧は弱めです。 気になった点といえば衛生面くらいですが、大手ホテルでもなければ民泊に近いコンド式の宿なので、ある程度理解されて向かえば問題なく過ごせる範囲だと思います。私は快適に過ごせました^^ もし滞在中に何かあればチャット等でやりとり可能です。レスポンスも早く、急なレイトチェックアウトにも対応して下さいました。 コスパも良く、総合的に満足のいく滞在だったので、また機会があれば利用させていただくかもしれません。ありがとうございました。 Thank you!

エクスペディアで出てくる地図の位置は「イビス バンコク インパクト」の位置で、実際の立地はそこから5〜10分ほど歩く、集合団地エリアでした。私はたまたま荷物を預けるために、オフィス（これまたさらに別の場所にある）に立ち寄った際にチェックインまで案内していただき、場所を把握できたのですが、本来はセルフチェックインなので、ややこしいかもしれません。 また、部屋は団地の一室をリフォームしたもののようで、新しい家具や綺麗な床張りでしたが、清潔感は、日本のサービスに慣れていたり、綺麗好きな人にとっては、厳しいかと思います。 私は、耐えられなくて2泊目は別の宿を手配して移動してしまいました。

立地の問題がある。バンコク市内からタクシーの運転手に伝えても理解してもらいにくく、問題が生じやすい。 部屋に関しては清潔感があった。トイレが流したあとに流しにくくなるという不具合があった。対応はしてもらえたが、夜はしてもらえず、朝に回された、。

ห้องดี ภายในห้องดีสะอาดหน้ายุ แต่ตึกและทางเดินเข้าไม่โอจะดูเก่าๆหน่อยหน้ากลัวค่ะ มากๆสำหรับเรา ทางเดินเข้าห้องแคบมาก ที่จอดไม่มีนะค่ะ เข้าดึกยิ่งไม่มี ต้องหาซ้อนคันเอานะ

ต้องโทรประสานเกี่ยวกับการเข้าพัก สถานที่พัก ห้องพักสบาย มีโต๊ะทานอาหาร เตาไมโครเวฟ จาน ช้อน ซิงค์ล้างจานและน้ำยาล้างจาน ตู้เย็น แอร์คอนดิชั่น ชอบที่มีหมอนให้จุใจมากถึง 4 ใบ มีไดร์เป่าผม มีตู้เสื้อผ้าแต่ไม่มีไม้แขวนเสื้อ มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ แต่ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดผม มีสบู่อาบน้ำและแชมพูสระผมแต่ไม่มีฉลากปิดว่าอันไหนคือแชมพู ขวดไหนเป็นครีมอาบน้ำ แต่ลองใช้ทั้งสองขวดหอมมาก น้ำดื่มมีให้แค่ 2 ขวด พัก 2 คืน ที่พักปลอดภัย มีไวไฟ เช็คเอาท์เวลา 11.00 น. หลังเช็คเอาท์คิดชั่วโมงละ 100 บาท
