No water for 1 night
We stay here for 2 nights on 7/f. In our second night of stay, there is no water from 7pm, and the staff told us it will be fixed in 1hour. When we go back to hotel at 1am, no water and the staff told us the same thing. At 2am no water and we go to sleep. Next day 9am, only a little water, after i brush my teeth and flush the toilet, no water again. Ask the staff, they said they don't know the issue because they were not here yesterday, and asked us to wait again. The hotel is dirty. They don't have a solution if any issue happen and just ask customer to wait. Very poor hotel.

The hotel photos are nice, but the real is not. The toilet door looked dirty. The room are bad smell. The sofa in lobby so dirty. But the location is great area.

Breakfast is too boring. Always the same fruits papaya. Guava and watermelon. Reception knowledge on place of interest and shopping mall rated poor. Can't properly direct tourist how to get by easy access bts. Just tell tourist take taxis.

I walked into the room and it had not been touched after the previous occupants left. Beer cans, dirty sheets etc. Went to reception & got a different room. This one had the toilet running continuously and the shower valve wasn't working properly either. Shambolic management

Good location but very old facilities. Mean and unwelcoming front desk girl. Gave me dirty room at first then chsnged. No soap.....showerr splashes everywhere. Only worrh $20.

All staff was approachable except the 'lady' receptionist, working on Sunday morning, seemed impatient attending to our inquiries. Expect to view more TV channels such as songs & MTVs since we are unable to watch Thai Channel without understanding Thai language.

Dirty Room and Rude Staff
The hotel is cheap and is 5 mins close to BTS station and Patpong area. That's the only good thing about it. Hotel desk staff was rude, and was near to yelling at me. My room was on the 3rd floor. Curtains still had stains. The window sill was full of cigarette butts. The room smelled bad and there were molds at the corners. I originally booked for 4 days. As soon as I checked in and got into the room, I immediately cancelled the remaining days (although Expedia isn't replying to any of my calls, emails and messages for refund), and looked for a different hotel.

great location and value for money
location can't be better for shopping , entertainment and transport, quiel lane close to Silom, not luxurious but everything worked very well, I was late 11 hous and they still kept my room for me, breakfast basic but AT LEAST IT"S THERE , always stay there and will return hopefulyl in future

Just for sleeping, might be a good choice!
Small room, small shower and bath room, but for the price, it’s ok! There were many complaints to the staff at the front desk, but this time, I saw a different staff who was very friendly! Additionally, I enjoyed the simple breakfast! If you like the night time out in this area, and just need a room to sleep, it’s not a bat choice at all.

The location is not bad, close to the Sky Train, but the hotel itself is terrible: located in a cul de sac, it has a cheap and miserable layout. My room was small, dirty and noisy. Most staff were polite, but the girl who did my check in was terribly rude and abrupt. Breakfast was very poor. I was so happy the morning I left!

How Not to Run a Hotel
Worst place in terms of sanitation, staffing, and amenities. I've been around the world, but this place is onviously not of this world. Rude andinsulting staff who spend their time gossipping about the guests and their perceived flaws. Bread and cheap fruit for breakfast with the kitchen help standing over you to make sure you didn't eat more than necessary. Stained towels and pillow cases with all sorts of body fluid stains and odor. Obviously its convenient location translate into a convenient place to use pillows for other activities besides sleeping. Pay a few extra dollars and go to another place. You and Orbitz will remain linked in a service provider-guest relationship.

I stay here 4 times in 2 years just because its location..other than that nothing much can say..some of receptionist is not friendly.. The worst part is cleanlines is very bad..some of housekeeping staff is rude and ask tips from me..they clean your room but never change bedsheet..dissapointed.
