Cari Kotej di Banff

"The pool did not look very appealing, it was very dated. The hot tub was very small it was also unappealing and dated. The sidewalk outside of the hotel was under construction so there was noise from that. The buffet breakfast was very good. The jet tub in the room only had 2 jets working. The room was very clean and looked good."

"Great location on Banff Ave. With underground parking. Staff provided a much appreciated early check-in. Fine restaurant, friendly staff, good food, if a little expensive."

"Nice"

"The receptionist is excellent."

"This is the best place to stay in Banff especially if you want an authentic mountain experience. Highly recommended !"

"The hotel was clean, great location, with friendly staff. The hot tub was closed all week for maintenance. The toilet leaked and filled every 10 minutes and maintenance didn’t fix it before I left. The bed was fairly saggy and the ventilation was very loud and could not be turned off so I slept very poorly each night. There was no hot water on the 3rd morning in the shower. I asked for more coffee pods after the first morning and they didn’t bring them. When I put the sign on the door for light...

"Bed had small sheet on bed even though November half a roll toilet paper, messy front door entrance lots of leaves in doorway. Would be more comfy with better bedding and pillows for couch."

"Clean comfortable room, decent size, great location. We needed a crib and it was provided but it wasn't the best quality. Parking cost extra."

"Very easy check in process. Underground parkade is convenient."

"Decent price for a good stay"

"Fantastic stay"

"We were upgraded by a lovely young lady with red hair because we happened yo tell her it was my birthday/retirement gift from my husband! W I also got a complimentary piece of cheesecake and 2 complimentary drinks from the bar and a shuttle bus ticket good for our 3 days there! What a fabulous surprise! The pool and hot tub were over the top and really enjoyed the heated seats around the fire pit! We would recommend The Moxy to everyone! Really enjoyed the 60s ski resort decor vibe too!"
